That's why I spent a few dozen hours sorting them by cost in order to find the cheapest courses. You can find my results in the table below (I made it for ACE because that's who I'm certified with, but most courses apply to other organizations as well):

I use Bear Butt hammock straps as a diy substitute for the Rogue Fitness Henny straps for the power rack. With the right barbell, you can also come close to reproducing similar exercises to that of the monster rack lever arms.

Did this guy just save me $180?! 👍
Just ordered the hammock straps, thanks for the tip
I just saw the henny attachment on sale on mark bell's website but realized it was only the base set up and youtubed it and found you and just ordered these straps. I've used my trx once for basically the same thing but they aren't rated for that much weight. You just saved me some money
Happy to hear it. I love them. I have a couple sets. One set acts basically as a ring station. I set some paddle grip ROT8 knock offs clipped to the top for pullups, and wooden rings on the bottom for dips. Great set up for dip/chin supersets.
Thanks for watching
@@ThreeStormFitness works great. First time getting the bar through those holes on the straps can be a challenge but seems easier after you break it in. Might have to rearrange a couple things in the home gym to have proper clearance since my weight rack cage wasn't placed with this in mind. Have a punching bag on one side that I had to wedge on old dip rack up against to get it out of the way and some bowflex dumb bells on cinderblocks on the other side that got in the way on the low to the ground leg movements but I'll make it work.
Thanks you just saved me $180. Subbed and checking out some of your other videos. Yes the Garage (Home) gym Facebook group is awesome
That’s awesome. I’d love to see an upcoming video demonstrating some of the movements you’ve used them for.

Thanks Burt--be sure to check out Garage Gym 411's link below!
Awesome, This looks like a cheap great add on to the home gym.
Indeed!
What I did was number each hole in the hammock straps to make quick setting up of leveling
Yes! I'm actually planning on doing a video soon where I mention this. It saves a ton of time. Thanks brother!
Great video. I see you do a variety. Can the straps be used as a leg press?
Just found this Henny system, I realized I had a set of Climbing Straps (5,000lb rated) from Amazon for $11. An easier way to set it up is use the larger end to go over the bar sleeves and onto the bar (Knurled area) and loop the other end of the strap onto a T-Pin. (insert the T-Pin first into the vertical post, you'll figure it out). This way with the T-Pin you can adjust the height. Just tried it tonight, still not sure about functionality for strength and cross over
Yeh, I've seen them set it up that way. Unfortunately, I can't get the loop over the beveled part of the sleeve though (just a bit too tight) with the hammock straps...I guess there's always a downside to trying to cheat the system :)
I’m dizzzzzy watching lol anyway I’ll continue watching, great vid 👊🏽
Thanks brother! Sorry for the motion sickness :)
Damn, I did the exact same thing with the exact same hammock straps (BEARBUTT). I am almost positive they are the same thing as the henny strap. They seem to have the same dimensions and weight tolerances.
Great video and great idea. Have you been able to use it to do some of the Henny system exercises?
Thanks man! Yes, the press variations work great especially. I did a video a few months showing a whacky squat variation insured by the Henny straps here (about 14:30 in): czcams.com/video/96pumsW1UOE/video.html
Thanks again!
Actually I was like ok the Henny looks I would like to have one but it's expensive for what is and then I saw this video, and 🤯
Sorry one more. How do you attach strap to the rack?
“Whatever you celebrate have a great one of those”- bahahaha. Thanks for all the info sir! :)
How to use the hammock straps with a half rack? :(
I've been doing this for the longest time from when I first saw the henny attachment,I had some hammock straps I bought to make a suspension trainer with each hole numbered, I immediately realised this is the same as the henny attachment
Hey I just added a new video on several ways to use hammock straps. I gave you a shoutout for the numbering idea: czcams.com/video/MKCosiJekwg/video.html
Take care!
@@ThreeStormFitness nice one
One big problem using these Hammock Straps. The cut outs in the straps that fit around your 50 diameter bar are not consistant between each strap so the bar will not be parallel to the floor it will slightly lean.
True. I've been pretty lucky with mine in that they're very close to even, but there's no required standard (after all, they're not made for this). The slight discrepancy is barely noticeable with almost everything, however, it's clear when I experimented using them as safety straps for the bench press. Thanks for the input man!
Yeah its also the same with daisy chain
Na it levels perfect each strap is the same length so are the cut Outs I numbered the cut Outs as well
have you found any straps that have 2 in. loops? I have Olympic bars.
Great video! How are you demarcating the hole #s on the strap?
Thanks! Duct tape, sharpy and a log book :)
I show a few configurations in this video around the 18:30 mark: czcams.com/video/zOrn2zzX_x4/video.html

@@J-9000 much appreciated
Just bought the straps glad I saw this video because was about to buy the Henny. Do you still use it and how has it lasted?
Sweet. Use them all the time. They're the coolest freaking $20 piece of non fitness fitness equipment I've ever bought :)
@@ThreeStormFitness How tall is your rack and can you record some other workouts you do with the straps?
how do twisters compare to bands and Weights for chest and biceps
i mean do they work whole chest or just the inner
ill be gettin the one like a system
Kind of a same but different thing, though the power twister bar bend is kind of a unique exercise. I'd say it's closest to a cable fly...generally works the pec minor at the start, and depending on the squeeze, the inner pecs at the end range of motion. I like it because it also puts isometric load on the lats (that's how I do them anyway).
As for bands, they differ a bit because they get harder the further out you go. For many people, the lockout is the easiest part of the movement...not so much with bands.
Thanks for the comment!
@@ThreeStormFitness u so late I had started like a month ago and in 3 weeks I seen a change
my lower chest was lagging it still is but the shape is not chubby much like it was and my middle is shaped better to I do slow reps
and the shocking thing is im doing my middle and bottom on the 2nd level 2nd level which is 40 pounds it gave me results that fast
im only doing 3 sets each top middle and lower chest with twister
so whole chest looks better
zubaz pants ..wow
Dude...the 90s called...they want their Zubaz pants back ;)
They can't have em! Those ones I'm wearing are original Raiders. They're starting to get holes, but I'm gonna wear them until I get arrested for indecent exposure :)
@@ThreeStormFitness That is awesome. I never bought a pair. As a Raider fan, I applaud your selection.

WARNING - Your Power Rack MUST BE BOLTED DOWN to safely use these straps!
Yes! A very important point I glossed over
You are so thick, I love it! #bearbutt
It's the pants, my man!
