You’re not dead yet my friend, and with the right maintenance or choices you could be ripping it alongside the young inside of a couple years. When I retire do you think I’m gonna golf? Maybe with my dad if possible but I like to think that I’ll probably start soul-skating full time again
I just watched a video of a dude doing the "most impossible tricks of rodney mullen" and he said he knows of only 3 people who have landed it and to tag him if he missed someone.this guy is a casper slide god

Practice. It'll take some time, but once you get the hang of skateboarding, it can go really fast with learning new tricks. I can't do a proper kickflip, even though I've been skating for years as a kid and a couple now that I'm adult, but I've mastered hand tricks pretty well. Can easily do a caveman kickflip body varial and caveman double kickflip (which technically is just a flip since there's no kick in it) Different people develop different styles, is what I'm trying to get at.
Jaw has hit the floor. So many new tricks. I like the manual revert to revert. I've been practicing that trick for years. At some point we are going to have to start calling this level of skill a super-power. For real.

Observation. The coolness of these guys after performing one of these tricks makes them better. I remember watching the NBA dunk contest where they celebrate after each dunk thinking' act like you been there before'. They could take a lesson from these stone cold killers.
Always try to roll out of it if you can. It will spread the impact out over your body, giving you a higher chance of not getting hurt so badly you can’t skate
What I love about the boarding community is that no matter how many times you fuck up at a trick, when you do pull it off people are thrilled to see it.
