Future real estate investor here. As a mom to boys, i want to leave wealth to my kids so i too believe what i have before marriage is mine and what the future husband acquired before is his...for the sake of security for our kids before marriage and what we will build together because Africans have a tendency of claiming their relatives wealth that was never meant for them.
I see South Africa has relaxed property laws. In Namibia whether cash or mortgage everything must be on the plan
