I used to eat liver cooked like this growing up but didn’t like it too much when I was younger but now I’m anemic with low low iron and having to get iron infusion here and there every so many months cause iron pills don’t absorb in me like they should! I heard calf liver is good on bringing up your iron and greens as well! I’m cooking calf liver and greens with ham hocks and rice & gravy and biscuit tonight and I’m going to start eating it twice a week to help my iron! Love the way you made it it looks delicious!💯👌❤️
I hate it liver when I was younger but now that I have matured at 11 at least two times a month I think it’s the onions and pepper give it a better taste but I don’t really eat it for the taste I eat it because it’s healthy have a beautiful blessed day💕

1. Rinse your liver off in cool water 2. Season your liver to your taste 3. Batter your liver in flour all purpose shake some of the flour off of your liver 4. Drop your liver in 3/4 inches of cooking oil or whatever oil you prefer 5. Cook liver for three minutes per side on medium setting on your stove ENJOY👍
