  • Sehri Routine:
Before the break of dawn, you wake up for Sehri, the pre-dawn meal. As the darkness envelops the sky, you prepare a nutritious meal to sustain you throughout the day of fasting. You start with a glass of water to hydrate yourself, followed by a balanced meal comprising of complex carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. Perhaps you enjoy a bowl of oatmeal with nuts and fruits, along with some yogurt and a few dates for added energy. With a sense of mindfulness and anticipation, you eat slowly, savoring each bite, and making dua (supplication) for strength and blessings during the day ahead. After Sehri, you offer the Fajr prayer before retiring for a few hours of rest before the day begins.
    Iftar Routine:
As the sun sets, signaling the end of the day's fast, you eagerly prepare for Iftar, the evening meal to break the fast. The aroma of delicious food fills the air, heightening your anticipation and gratitude. You start by breaking your fast with dates and water, following the Sunnah (tradition) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Then, you engage in Maghrib prayer, thanking Allah for the sustenance provided. With your family or loved ones gathered around the table, you enjoy a wholesome meal, consisting of a variety of dishes rich in nutrients and flavors. You take your time to eat mindfully, appreciating each bite after a day of fasting. After Iftar, you may engage in Taraweeh prayers at the mosque or at home, seeking spiritual fulfillment and drawing closer to Allah during this blessed month of Ramadan
