      @@celes_001 the main difference I've noticed has been on my stomach / ribs. All bodies are different though!

    Can you please fix your advertisement placements it didn’t bother me at first but when you do workouts daily and there are ads in almost every set it gets very annoying

    This workout was amazing. It had me sweating so much, but I am so proud to be able to say that this is the first 30 minute Pilates workout that I was able to complete. I just started my Pilates journey 2 month ago and this milestone is the proof that all this hard work is worth it. I love your videos so much ❤

    Loved the exercise routine, and would love to do more, but an advert every few minutes mid exercise really gets in the way. As a beginner it would have been helpful to have a voice over with some guidance, breathing, positioning etc. Would love to have subscribed and done more but won't for those reasons. Xx

    Can you specify your workouts? Sometimes you do the other side in the same time but sometimes you do it after some workouts on the same side ? There is no text/voice that says anything about this

    Hi i want to loose weight and I don't know anything about pilates ......so do I need to do pilates and cardio together or just pilates will help me in achieving my goal ?

      loosing weight can look very different person to person, its important to focus on having a healthy lifestyle overall you can maintain long-term: having balanced eating habits, doing some type of movement (the one you like the most), sleeping enough, etc! but I would def encourage to pair pilates with some walks or your cardio of choice 🤍 hope this helps xx

      you can’t target fat loss in a specific area, you have to lose weight overall. however ab exercises will help you to build muscle to appear more toned once you shed the layer of fat through overall weight loss xx
