I still think Richard O'Brian was the main reason the Crystal Maze was so good., When Ed Tudor Pole came in it was jut not the same. Richard had such a naughty sense of humor and seemed to really enjoy doing the show.
It was his show, You couldn't replace him

Well I watched this every episode and he is probably the one who go me in to the harmonica
Actually I think Ed brought it more mayhem than Richard did and I loved it. I can’t say who’s my favourite but these 2 are definitely number 1 as far as I can tell
no problem!! I'm glad I could bring back some memories!! Series 3 is on it's way very soon!! I love this programme so much and am thrilled to be sharing my passion with other maze maniacs!!...x.x.x.x

Loved this team, I was cheering for them all the way........glad they won the super uno prizes.....sure deserved it

I love watching this crystal maze and I am very much in love with Richard O’ Brian and he looks so good and very charming and the reason is because I love watching him in everything he does and the crystal maze game show is amazing because I love it so much and it is such a memorable part of my childhood life

Oh my God the memories.... when I was a kid I had no idea this was the same guy from Rocky Horror (yes I watched Rocky Horror as a child.... don't judge me!) Thank you so much for uploading this, it's so surreal watching it again after all this time.
I'm a MASSIVE Rocky Horror fan!! The dome on Frank's Castle *does* indeed look like the crystal domebut it's purely co-incidence! I always thought that the medieval zone was how Frank's castle should have been, and closer to how it has been depicted in the stage show over the years. If anyone had the Rocky Horror PC game you'll get what I mean!!

Finally, there is someone who utilizes the men for physical games, given that almost all the physical games require heavy lifting which I believe the women would have a harder time with.

According to the MarcGerrish wiki that shows the Crystal Maze series and statistics, Andrea’s surname is misspelled as "Addid" instead of "Addis", and she only played one game, when she played two games. Some of the episodes have been flagged as incomplete.
We really want this program to come back again with a new ideas using the technology
there is a new version with Richard Ayoade as host but it's just not the same
There's also something called "The Crystal Maze Live experience" in London & Manchester. I can't comment on how faithful of a recreation it is but I'd love to get a team together and try it out.

5:35 shows the closeups were filmed separately (on day 2 of filming, I believe). The close up shows him picking up the crystal with his left hand, then the wide shot shows he actually used his right hand. No effect on the outcome of the game, just a better picture.
