No, the content creators aren't actually employed by the Yogscast - the company, that is. The content creators are self-employed and a portion of their revenue goes to the company to provide for their wellbeing, pay for their workspace and pay the wages of the actual employees; the editors, artists and administration. Tom, Simon, Lewis, Sjin, Duncan and the rest of the content creators all earn their own money through CZcams and Twitch and fund the company in doing so, not the other way around.

I used to be a paranormal investigator. Whilst I was homeless it just made sense. You get to stay really nice places and just say they are either haunted or not in the morning depending on what they want to hear. You can stay for weeks on a complicated case
