The Fanatic is a 2019 American psychological thriller film directed and co-written by Fred Durst.
It stars John Travolta as a man obsessed with meeting his favorite actor (Devon Sawa). The film was given a limited theatrical release on August 30, 2019, followed by a release on streaming platforms, and received mainly negative reviews. - Zábava
Nice job with the review. I am glad you got some entertainment out of this one. I felt the same in a lot of ways about this one myself. I have seen a lot worse. And Travolta and Sawa actually deliver solid performances for the most part.

i think i willcheck this out out and i am glad you got some entertainment out of this despit it being a bit wierd with the plot of john troolta being autistic or playing an autistic man good job on the review

I need to seriously watch this movie. I've been putting it off for so long, but after seeing Matt and Mike review this I definitely want to check out the whole thing. At least it sounds pretty damn entertaining.
Its a bad but entertaining film its one of those so bad its good.

I love this flick. It was never boring.
I liked this film. Some silly lines like "I gotta poop" but I don't get the bad reviews definitely not a 3.8 or whatever its rated on imdb. It's dumb that Devon Sawa got arrested for murder yet his maid was probably in the garden for 3 days by that point and how don't you notice that her body is laying by your fountain lol. I'd definitely have removed the narration it serves no purpose.

I feel like the problem with The Fanatic is that it's that it doesn't explain why Hunter treats Moose like an Asshole and the script is Mediocre at Best because u can't sympathize with Hunter cause hes Unlikeable and he's supposed to be the main protagonist but Moose is more Likeable and Vulnerable
That's Abysmal this movie only made 3,000 dollars and I bet this film probably killed John Travolta's Career

Actually you did a review of a great little horror film also known as The Fanatic starring Joe Spinell and the gorgeous Caroline Munro. Its better known as The Last Horror Film, which had a similar story about an unhinged film fan.
Strange acting, weird lines, not sure if serious but an entertaining movie - The Room 2.

Just saw the movie last night on Amazon Prime, movie was weird but it had me watching , but I did laugh at some parts, not gonna lie 😂
I would definitely say this is one of those movies it's so bad it's good. You'll have fun with this movie as long as you don't use your brain cells. Just sit back Guys, Enjoy the Ride and Have a Blast! 😄

worst movie of all time i thought it was stupid is Moose is he really autistic or just pretending to be autistic but in twist he is a serial killer to me you don't care about any of characters in film expect Devon character it's not thrilling or scary anything like that story all the thing the movie is nothing special at all that's why Nicholas Cage left project said screw this film, i would just sit my ass down just watch The Fan with Wesley Snipes & De Niro, Fanatic is worst dumbest film writing ever Fred this movie is reason why he made this movie is because admitted the movie is
based on personal experiences. I'm sure he's dealt with some pushy fans in his life, but this seems like a poor way to express that and The story is inspired by a real-life fan who pursued Limp
Bizkit's front man Fred Durst many years ago that's why i reckon this needed better story, plot, director they don't need to make Travolta autistic
