Red Hood struggling not to kill that guy on the floor is THE ABSOLUTE highlight for me! I'm so excited to play this game.

Hope they show that in game while playing him & also because of that i can see him not getting along at all with Grayson , batgirl & Robin but who knows.

Batman showing up in their shadow shows that he lives on in each of them. Nighwing took his leadership, Red Hood has his brute strength and aggressiveness, Batgirl has his tech know how and Robin embracing his detective skills. These four will live to the mantle of Batman and make him proud.

And lemme guess, Damian will be a DLC in the future. And maybe they'll also introduce Talon, Azrael, Deathstroke, Hush as bosses, n the Arkham Knight as an alternate skin for Red Hood

It's so cool that each character has their own color in the background of their scene. Robin, green. Batgirl, yellow. Redhood, red (shockingly). And Nightwing, blue!

I was so happy when I saw Alfred alive! I thought he might have been killed as well, like he pretended that be in the Arkham games.
I don’t care how this game plays compared to the Arkham games, this is beautiful and articulates everything the Batfamily embodies and is about. I’m super excited for this.

Okay this is such a fantastic line and delivered by Alfred so well. The biggest problem with the batfamily is that everything they do is compared to the legend of the Batman, a legend that isn’t even true to the man behind the cowl. Each of them are better heroes than Batman in their own aspects, but none of them can ever step out of that shadow (either because of themselves, others, or writers refusing to let them be their own characters because Batman is too popular).

@@MobiusTrigger7 I mean maybe you're right. For KTJL, the general gunplay is actually really good. And the graphics and voice acting are phenomenal. Gotham Knights has a great story and not so great gameplay. And Avenges is...basically what KTJL was before KTJL came out

This hits unbelievably hard, I’m a little bit out of the loop but I do have a decent understanding of what the bat family has gone through, Arkham City was a big part of my childhood and I want to get the whole collection, Alfred’s speech here really does describe their insecurities but also demonstrates that if they work as a team they will be more Bruce ever was

This was an amazing trailer. I am so incredibly hyped for this game. Regardless how the game turns out, I know I am still going to enjoy every moment of it. I can really tell the Developers are taking good care of this game and I am so grateful for them.

I have nitpicks with many games before I play them and maybe this is not perfect but it’s a high budget console Bat Family game. I don’t feel like we will ever get another chance to play as the Bat family ever again so I’ll support this and play with so,e of my favorite characters ever. Hopefully the story is awesome too.
Only complain i have with this game, is that it feels so Child friendly. no blood or whatever.

@@arcqui4461 I just finished Netflix Titan's. And Blood and gore just makes it feel sicker and more like DC. Cause now it feels like Your Friendly neighborhood Spiderman KO-ing some enemys. also redhood has guns, kinda dumb that the enemys dont bleed when they get shot.
@@Anakinskywankr God of War 2018 doesn’t have much blood in comparison to old GOW games but it has a very mature story. The story is what will make or break this game. I think that there will be more blood than you expect in the game through crime scenes if that’s what you like.

I love how the trailer opens with how detailed Robin's right green eye looks. Plus if you zoom inside of Robin's pupil you can see the face of a thug trying to punch him. Same thing with the other Gotham Knights where the recurring symbol is the pupil of their eye.

The beginning of this trailer reminded me of how Arkham Knight started with the slowed close up of joker's face! Such a brilliant trailer, filled me up with nostalgia 💯
Whether or not, the gameplay is up to scratch on this one, I can fully see the main story being an absolute stellar piece of work. I can’t wait for this game!🦇

Ngl I thought for a bit it was Scarecrow talking but that Alfred thing was so cool
Bruh Bruce is an owl! Notice how in every character it zoomed in to the characters eyes at the end, then it talks about Bruce seeing potential in them and it literally has an owl on his grave, the organization rise behind the grave, then zoom into a leaders eye symbolizing that it’s Bruce!
More Respectful than Suicide Squad.
WB Montreal are the same people behind Arkham Origins. When that game first came out so many people bashed it and now it’s got a cult following. I’m not expecting rocksteady level for this game, they’re doing that with Suicide Squad. But WB Montreal isn’t that bad as people make it out to be. We live in a day of age where people’s standards are unrealistically high. I’m not trying to say this game is gonna blow people out of the water but playing Arkham Origins and I did genuinely like that game I’m willing to give Gotham knights a chance. I pre ordered it, 4 characters to customize and level up, it’ll keep me busy enough until GOW Ragnarok comes out
At 1:00 I honestly love how Red Hood is trying so hard to not kill him, he’s literally having a attack or he’s about to snap. I mean he ain’t tired at all he’s just really hates bad guys. But Robin has to be my Favorite, I mean he’s a Robin without a Batman, and He thinks he’s replaceable which technically he is, which is kinda sad, I mean he had to live up to a title with out his mentor. I think Robin and Red hood probably got hit the hardest with Batman’s death
I completely agree with what you said about red hood and Robin cus it hits hard when we hear replaceable and a monster. But I think nightwing hits the most as well. cus he was the first one Bruce saved and raised and he’s the first Robin so he feels like he needs to make an example and lead. But he knows he’s not Batman and that he will never be what Bruce was. That’s why his first insult is pretender. Cus he knows will never mausere up to what Bruce was.

I love how you see the wear in all of their faces. Robin may be young but he looks just as scarred as a soilder.
This trailer(not the game ad much) is why in my *opinion* DC is soaring above marvel (Thor love and thunder for example didn't have as much depth as this trailer did)

I am long time comic book Batman fan. But actually I was always more interested in Batman family than in Batman itself. I'm glad that game like that is created.
They nailed Alfred in that short line. Owls are relatively new addition to comic canon, but they are so great that no wonder that they are adapted and so popular.

Honestly, I've been entranced by this Gotham world for the last few days while the activities may not be as grand or the map maybe isn't as full of life as other games. I've been going out every night gettin my job done protecting the city and progressing my characters which so far has been enough to keep me entertained especially with the co-op feature and all the skills tbh,, yea I'd love to see more but I'm happy with what I got from a brand new game
this trailer is kinda genius in the fact that Alfred is saying things that even fans said when comparing this game to the Arkham series. but as he said Bruce saw much more.

An emotional look at the self reflection of each of the knights, and their desire to become more than themselves and defeat a foe bigger than they ever imagined.
Combine this with the transparency of WB Montréal team....and I really hope Gotham Knight was made by love.
