Fun fact:In the super sonic he's not scared anymore.
Mainly because sonic is a lot more powerful in that form, and his speed is pretty much limitless same for his strength so there would be no reason for sonic to be scared of sonic.exe. The only thing he might fear is running out of rings.

If you look at the background and the grass real closly, you can see theyre going backwards. Only the charafters switched places. Not the background. But seriously though, if I wanted to explain the lore of Spirits of Hell I would but since this is only 6 minutes long I can only provide a brief explanation.
So basically the person possessing Sonic is a highest named Exeller (for mote info go to google and serch up this EXACTLY: Exeller sonic.exe) which he claims to be "hiding from the other highests" for a while and while he's there he needs souls to get stronger.
Now dispite his personality he does show a little bit of sympathy which I found out. In round 2 (Spirits of Hell) he does feel some sympathy for Cream in her ending (if you choose the runaway option) Exeller shows sympathy for her because shes also dragged into this mess.
Back to the original topic at hand, he doesn't corrupt them, he demonitizes them and turns them into his minions to do his bidding. I'm not sure what else to add about him but heres one more thing: Its not that Exeller doesn't want to kill Sonic, he technically CAN'T because when he possessed Sonic he was almost dead but he was lucky he found a vessel. (See Exeller's journal entrys for more info. At the end of Spirits of Hell round 2 playthrough best ending) So he doesn't exactlly hate Sonic, he just shows apathy towards him.
Sorry if this is long but I needed to put some information down for the people to read and learn more about the lore. There are multiple Sonic.Exe games but I perfer Spirits of Hell and Blood Tears (Blood Tears is a fan made game. Not entirely canon and I like to think of it as the aftermath of Spirits of Hell round 2 best ending) because I think it canon. That's my opinion though.

No. EXE is his own entity, It's a blob of dark matter that shapeshifted into Sonic because he actually liked him. So unless EXE is into vore, He wouldn't harm Sonic
