I was able to get my hands on an early access build of this reanimated mod, so I wanted to share it with y'all. The sprites are well-made and it fits the background better in my opinion. Anyway, let me know what you think in the comments!

Original has the classic sonic look which i like,
But reanimated has Sonic becoming Super Sonic,
I can't decide which is better
the original is more focused on classic sonic (like sonic exe in canon) while the remake is focused on modern sonic. both are good in their own ways

Both have good aspects to them
The original feels more desperate, since he never goes super sonic
The remaster actually has Sonic stand up to Sonic.exe with super sonic
honestly the reanimated sprites arent expressive. They just feel stiff with a few hand movements and stuff. The only one I like is super sonic, and his idle is just one image.

The reanimated mod is really cool. Not only does it spruce up the original version a bit, it actually shows Sonic "Confronting himself". Going from scared to incredibly confident.

@The $KÝ some guy made a video on how to fix it, you go into the editor and turn on looping or smth and then save the file. i dont remember how but go watch his video

I love how you can see the panic in Sonic's eyes,this is an amazing reanimation,I can see where improvements can be done but I'm totally satisfied with this💖💖👏👏👏

The remaster feels sonic.exe is less ‘in control’ of the situation which could be intentional, but it still makes me prefer the original
I think in the remaster they had to make a ring at the end through which Sonic could escape
The remaster, to me personally, feels a little more aesthetically pleasing than the last one. The only complaint I have, is that they feel too stiff, especially Super Sonic. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future.

But just think about it! Maybe Super Sonic hardly needed to move around while he was floating over the ground.
I think some idle animations and in-betweens would make this a lot more lively

The new ones run cycle needs some work but then it be almost pefect.
As well as the super form having some movement while moving/flying.

Honestly I think the originals run cycles have to be fixed a bit IMO I don't think there's anything wrong with the new run cycle

The reanimated version is good, but the body parts doesn't move much. The original is good, more movement, but the reanimated one has a better art style. Both are really well made!

The reanimated one feels more stiff to me. It also lacks little touches that I liked about the original like the head bobbing that they do in their idle animations. It’s not fnf without head bobs.
I like how sonic.exe looks in the reanimated one. The way he reaches his hand out looks much more menacing. Super Sonic was a nice touch too.
I mean if you're running from a demon that's effortlessly killed your friends and you're running for your life. I don't think you'd bop your head.
I love how its just modern times instead of classic.
honestly it being modern ruins it for me kind of. Because the games take place in the classic sonic timeline and not the modern one.

I honestly think the original sprites are much better than the reanimated one just due to the fact but it looks better and fits the theme. The original being based on classic sonic is a way better idea than the modern one.
I just dont like how the animation on original stalls for a few seconds and just makes it look really weird

I respect your opinion, but I personally prefer the reanimated one, it gives sonic a more confident look, considering that's a big part of his personality, Classic and Modern have.

in the original, at some point classic sonic will start to run faster, meanwhile in the remake turns sonic into super sonic. a real badass move man. and thanks for making sonic exe look scarier for the remake btw.

I really love the idea of a modern exe.
The remake-- BEAUTIFUL.
It loops properly, I like the way ho Sonic goes Super Sonic on Sonic.Exe! However, it would have been been better if super sonic said "You're too slow!" and left sonid.exe stranded on his world.
This comparison is actually a good one because, the original one is actually the classic form and the remake is modern. So it's actually great to see the "Sonic Generations" copy with Sonic.exe.

i like the remake version because the sonix.exe down animation looks so good that I’m obsessed with it
i like them both for different reasons.
the original since the 2 sonics move more, its the classics, and normal sonic gets more confident but tired halfway through.
the remake for at some point, sonic has enough and uses the chaos emeralds to possibly outrun but also full on confront sonic.exe, and is just SUPER confident (no pun intended) and doesn't break a sweat
Sonic.exe should be more "dynamic" on his animations but other than that good work
1:35 this was my favorite cuz they are singing the creepy background song from the OG sonic.exe game

If you think about it, the original is meant for Classic Sonic, and the reanimated one is more for Modern Sonic. Either way, they're both amazing

I like the little style in the original but I also really like the super sonic transformation in Reanimated

Reanimated: *the good ending*
Both of the videos is my favorite!
They are both good but, the reanimated one is a whole lot better because the way sonic transformed into super sonic shows how more confident he got
I think a cool mechanic with this song is you have to collect the chaos emeralds while singing. If you don't the ending will change.
for those who dont know confronting yourself was created before fnf existed it was an au called differentopic from an undertale alternate universe, which explains why there are megalovania tunes in the song

ill be honest, i likes the old animations better because they actually moved around a lot more rather than these having one main pose and just moving a tiny bit (mostly talking about sonic.exe here) but i also do appreciate the animations being remade and their new quality

Mine is personally reanimated cause it's so cool how sonic turns into super sonic like sonic the hedgehog 2 (instead of running faster) and the graphics are so much more hd and 4k

this is the best sonic exe fnf song I watch it every day it's so awesome :)
While this may look better, what I find weird or awkward is how Sonic's run animation lasts for like 2 frames and that's it.
The draws are good, but i think the animations need to be a little more smooth
Super needs a better idle and a bit of more working on the sprites, other than that, the mod is fiya

The remastered animations, especially sonic exe’s and super Sonic’s, are a little bit static compared to the original. I’ve kinda been getting used to the new one though, and tbh I kinda like the design more than the OG.
I really like the Reanimated sprites but there's one thing that I don't get.
Where do the Chaos Emeralds even come from, they just pop up out of no-where.
What would've been more 'confidence boosting' to me is Sonic starting to run backwards like in Sonic X, showing he's no longer afraid to look death in the eyes.

If sonic run backwards then there will be a fight,sonic is just "playing"with sonic.exe like sonic.exe did with sonic's friends and super sonic is faster than sonic.exe.
@@thienominh9397 Sonic shouldn't always have to rely on his super form to confront powerful foes, if anything he can do that without it (Sonic Forces). And the point that Super Sonic is faster is irrelevant, EXE would still be able to catch him when his rings run out. Since EXE can also teleport and appear out of no-where, He'd still catch Sonic even in his Super form. Bringing up these points, EXE is playing with Sonic, like he did Tails, Knuckles & Robotnik, As with the powers I have just brought up that Sonic.EXE has.

Tbh I like the original it gives the sense that he’s kinda inescapable and ends with no clarification if sonic escaped him or not. The remake on the other hand you kind feel like there on equal terms like he could easily escape if he wanted to
If we think if the mod version of confronting yourself escaped or not. Then if it follows the og confronting yourself (not the mod version) then Sonic most likely failed to escape.
