@@artisticson2275 No problem. im not afraid they will dry up, I'm afraid it will be caught and you will rip the skin off your hand. i worked with a guy who had his had degloved. if you don't know what that is I would do a quick google image search. he was wearing gloves and they were snagged in some machinery. not only did the glove come off, but most of the skin and meat on his hand as well. its the same reason no one wears jewelry in a machine shop. all this being said, i love your work and this knife is lovely.

Really interesting design, but wouldn't it be easier to just take it out of the sheath on your neck instead of taking off the whole thing?
