- In this video, I give a tour of my studio apartment. I'm renting this apartment in the Phú Nhuận District of Saigon for 12 million VND per month. It converts about $514 to rent an apartment in Ho Chi Minh City.
This apartment is part of the CityHouse Group and it the Emerald property. It has a pool, gym, sauna, and great city view from the rooftop and balcony.
If you want to rent an apartment in Ho Chi Minh City, I'd recommend sites like batdongsan, chotot, and facebook groups.Through those websites, you can get in touch with private real estate agents. There is a wide variety of places and prices, so take your time when looking for a place.
