There is no suggestion from the past 4 England games that they go beyond the quarters. My dark horse would be the Swiss with Spain to go all the way.
There is no way England will win the tournament. Will be lucky to get past the Swiss. Kweku, what evidence do you have that the poorest manager left in it has the tactical nous to change the way England play to win 3 more games? No chance, mate.

Because that’s what they would need to do, beat three teams (no matter if they are weaker or not like Switzerland, Turkey/Netherlands; and then they’d have to take on a powerful top team like Portugal, France, Germany, Spain. No chance. Now way I see them playing well enough to beat three more teams all together…

But you don't understand how the draw works? 4 of the better teams are on the other side. No way would they be anywhere near favourites if they are on the other side , really if England done make the final then there's no hope, given the teams we have to beat, then it's a one game shoot out so definitely based on the fact they are expected to reach the final then the odds are pretty correct in my opinion

There's the past and then there's the present. Truth is we're inconsistent, when everything falls together it's pretty good but there have been some abysmal performances to balance things out. Still think we're slight favorites over turkey but i guess we'll see how things play out.
How are England better than Netherlands? They have had 0 good performances. I am not putting Netherlands as favourites but I would see Netherlands easily beating England. Switzerland are going to Knock England out. That being said I can also see a Swiss v Turkey semi final.

He literally says at 09:07 that england fans think we have some sort of devine right to win every tournament - but in reality we genuinely DO have the players and the squad to win it. We narrowly lost to Italy and France in the last two tournament’s so it’s not like we’ve never come close. He’s acting like we’re completely unjustified in having any hope whatsoever. Majority of English fans don’t believe we’ll win it but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have believed we could.

@@jamesharkins5666 Switzerland have undoubtedly performed better this tournament, they dominated Italy, Hungary and gave Germany a really close game. The Netherlands looked great against Romania, but otherwise they haven’t really impressed, they have a good squad but Switzerland looks like the more organised unit
Alessandro is spot on about England and the arrogant mentality that a lot of England fans and pundits have. they have an overinflated sense of self the way they view the national team. always the favourites for every tournament even though they've won nothing since 1966 & always get easy draws and routes in tournaments without playing any big teams and suddenly they think they are world beaters.
