Calcutta High Court on Kolkata Rape Murder Case: कोलकाता के आरजी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पिटल (RG Kar Medical College and Hospital) की ट्रेनी डॉक्टर से दुष्कर्म और हत्या (Trainee Doctor Rape Murder Case) के मामले में कोलकाता हाई कोर्ट (Culcutta High Court) में बेहद तीखी नोंकझोंक देखने को मिली। कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट (Culcutta HC) में हुई ये बहस 13 अगस्त की है। कोलकाता हाई कोर्ट (High Court) ने आरजी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज और हॉस्पिटल में हुई रेप व हत्या मामले में CBI जांच के आदेश दिए थे। ये फैसला देशभर में हो रहे विरोध प्रदर्शनों के बाद आया था।

Shutdown the hospital, send all patients to another hospital....and do fair investigations...each and every corner of the hospital...and get that principal for interrogation

Kindly stand together in fighting for justice. Enough is enough 😡 Need of Justice now to prepare for future VIKSIT Bharat 🇮🇳 Before people were colonial slaves now slaves of people in power. Where is democracy? When people in uniform can not use their investigation intelligence to catch the real culprit. They should apply mehendi and wear bangles in their hands. Shame on forces! Shame on ministers! Shame on central government! Shame on state governments! Shame on opposition parties! You guys do not deserve to reside in this pious country 'my Bharat'. Talking big is easy. Taking immediate action against obvious criminals and obvious corruption , protecting citizens (probably who are the tax payers with whose money you run the country) is SO DIFFICULT!!!! Dhikkar!!

Why FMT of the hospital not given to investigate at the initial stage? All the sop not maintained ...the authorities should be taken into custody unless the case is solved. Any person ( even police n executives ) directly or indirectly should be first identified n taken into custody . Otherwise all evidences will be lost perhaps. So the judiciary should ensure that first .
