Unplug the soundbar, plug in the sub, and then plug in the bar.

*I found the solution* hold the right arrow next to the power button on the sound bar. The sound bar will display "sub pairing." Once you see that stop holding the arrow, *I repeat* only hold the arrow until you see *sub pairing*

Not one suggestion has solved my problem with my subwoofer.i bought the sny8yg about a year or so ago.about a month ago i had this problem.it started working again,but since last night,no matter what method I try,it will not connect.im literally ready to throw this sub out the window.i can't afford to waste another 500 to buy a new one!but,I can't afford to pay hundreds just to get something fixed either..😭

You have to hold it both for 5 seconds after restarting a soundbar

You do use the remote control but you don't enter base mode or anything you just push the Bluetooth button twice, when in B.T mode. It's so funny how all you people can't figure this out. It takes 2 seconds of easy and intuitive interaction. I just got one for super cheap at the thrift store. I'm glad people are dumb and can't figure this out

for me, the subwoofer turns on, and it blinks but it doesnt blink that quickly, and then after 3 slow blinks and goes solid and there’s no output coming out of the subwoofer. Its on and the green light is solid, but its not making any sound. plz help. i have the lg sn7r(fd)

Just bought a new one. Had the same issue with the last LG sub..refused to pair no matter what I tried. Annoying af. I’m pretty sure it’s interference from the Wi-Fi itself. Shitty design!

Plug up supwoofer first, then sound bar, the supwoofer will than pair... make sure subwoofer is close to sound bar

Dumb.. You have to push the Bluetooth button on the remote control twice to enter pairing mode on the soundbar.. it's just like the classic saying, "If it's brown flush it down."
