    Fyi: this set was a (early) black friday deal from Walmart, so hopefully you’ll see an uptick in traffic. I had a hard time getting my rear speaker to connect. This video is the first place I learned about the reset. That is what fixed it. Thank you.

    My boyfriend and I watched this video to figure out how to set up our LG soundbar. He victory- screamed and kissed me like a child when it started to work lol, thank you 😄

    Thank you. I was wondering how that thing should be connected 🤔 it has so many items with this model.

    One question, I have an LG-SN4R 4.1 (wireless rear spakers) connected to an LG UK7550PLA TV connected via bluetooth. Both the TV and the soundbar have DTS virtual X as a surround standard. However, the standard for Netflix and Amazon Prime is Dolby. So, in this situation, how do I configure my sound bar to make the most of the 5.1 sound from streaming services? Because the soundbar does not offer the Dolby option, nor does it show anything on the display. Thanks.

    Whats your thoughts on the sound quality? Does it hit hard? Picked up the 2021 Black Friday LG 4.1 420W special but the model shows SLM3R. Checked every where nobody has done a review on it yet but this vid was as close the specs and watts as I could find. Other thing kind of turning me off as the rear speakers not being true wireless and needing a receiver. These LG models are already notorious for feedback interference issues with the audio cutting in and out intermittently. Keeping area clear of any signals has been only way to rectify that, and this being used in a living room seems like a perfect storm for interference lol. I got 2 days left on my return window so I’ll have 1 day to test (NFL Sunday) but most likely this is getting returned from the looks of it.

      It’s going to be the same but I have had no issues with cutting out. Sound is crisp the bass is heavy in the front light in the back speakers of course and you can mod front and back for Simple EQ (no advance EQ) It does sound great in a medium to small room idk how it would be in a large living room. Honestly since u tried something similar save ur money for some better cuz I feel the model I have is for people that have never had or tried a surround sound system.

    1. When it is by optical cable, the rear speakers work normal? Or the rear speakers have to be configured also something separate with the router ?
    2. And that router on the back plugs into the power ?
    3. Are my doubts to buy it Please, is the sound better than the LGSP2?

    • @Havoc-Alex
      @Havoc-Alex  Před 2 lety

      There is 3 things that need power sound bar subwoofer and receiver for rear speakers. When you plug them all in they will try to connect to each other automatically. I looked into the LGSP2 and it’s an all in one sound bar. If you have the space and outlets to power all these I recommend the LG 4.1 channel sound bar and the LGSP2 For smaller cramped rooms

    Good video. So the rear speakers are not completely wireless.? They are wired to a box in the rear which gets the signal?

    • @itzkik2067
      @itzkik2067 Před rokem

      Yep the module is wireless but the speaker are not wireless they must be connected to the module by wire kinda skechy but maybe they did it to minimize interfering with the sound bar

    The subwoofer is not connecting
    I have tried pressing the pairing button and turning the sound bar on, it just blinks quickly for about 3 seconds then proceeds to blinks slowly and eventually stops blinking and turns red.

    Can this sound bar be connected to a Vizio tv?

    • @Havoc-Alex
      @Havoc-Alex  Před 2 lety +1

      This sound bar only connects through optical cable (toslink) or Bluetooth so if the tv has either or you should be good

    What if the light just keeps blinking green?

    • @Havoc-Alex
      @Havoc-Alex  Před 2 lety

      When it keeps blinking usually means ready to pair but is not connecting if you have the same model as mine do the manual reset (hard reset) if model is not the same look for how to hard reset your model

    I'm really curious of why you have the legs on your TV when you have the TV mounted to a stand. I'm only saying this because If I were taking advice from you as a technical video I would be sceptacle being this make absolutely no since at all. Just an observation

    • @Havoc-Alex
      @Havoc-Alex  Před 2 lety +1

      I often hang outside with friends and I place the tv outside when doing a cookout or game nights so it’s best for me to leave them on or I will lose them. They are easy to take off just one screw on each side

      @@chilltown6928 you could try Bluetooth sound and then optical see if it works or check if the remote is also controlling subwoofer for volume it’s all I can think other than that something is not sending the sound or it’s a bad subwoofer
