Most European accordion orchestras use one or more electroneums, an electronic accordion synthesizer which can immitate many sounds. The London Accordion Orchestra does not use any of these - accordions and percussion only - and we make a fantastic sound. Come and hear us!

Such brilliant performance combined with so little appreciation: the hall is half empty.

There was a time when the accordion was celebrated as a classical instrument. Read the just published book "Mae West and the Count- Love and Loss on the Vaudeville Stage" for the real story of how it was a sensation at the turn of the century...Mae even took a shot at it. On Amazon, etc.
