Matt, that house is amazing, especially the price. Here's the weird part. I live in Southern California. San Diego to be exact. Not trying to sound like a Wiseguy but here in Dago; that exact house could/would easily fetch $3 million plus. My old 3 bed, 2 bath house built in 1961 routinely sell here for $800,000. Yeah, it's ridiculous. I'm still working at 64, but when I retire....you might just get a call/visit from me., Excellent presentation and narration by the way.

GREAT showing, thank you for posting. This home will move quickly...They don't make HOMES like this anymore (they have spun this open floor plan crap where ya get this illusion of a living room 3 steps from the kitchen island!... The master is fantastic (the other bedroom I do not care for at all but my brother in-law is Master builder & architect so the would not be an issue...

Beautiful home but that back isn't appealing with all those boulders and gaps for wildlife to make it their home as well. Not too particular about southern states this day and age but would love that floorplan to build elsewhere.
