Great interview. I started a Web3 newsletter a year ago just to share my knowledge and it grew to over 2k quickly. Sadly, I had no business nor monetization plan behind it. Pretty surprised to see that so much money can be made from newsletters

Hi guys, great video! I was wondering if there are any legal complications with paid subscriber/advertising newsletters and hyperlinking to articles written by other people? Is that ok or?
That shouldn't be a problem. Everything comes down to how you "frame" and "position" the content for the audience. As long as you don't claim that the work is your own, you should be OK. With that being said, if you have any worries about what you plan on doing, consult with an attorney if you feel that it is necessary. (We are not an attorney and you should not assume this is legal advice).

What would you say is the average value per subscriber per month? I'm curious to see what I'd be spending to acquire a subscriber to how much they are worth on a monthly basis for revenue.
It will all depend on the niche that you select, and how you choose to monetize each email that you add to the list. There is no one size fits all answer to your question! What kind of newsletter are you thinking about starting?
What about naming snd Branding? Should U Like many advice Just use your Name:) and make IT a Brand. Not sure about that
There are many ways to go about this. Ultimately it all comes down to the audience you are creating the newsletter for!

How do you even get started?
Hey, I don’t know if this will get any where but I’m a senior at Csun, about to graduate w a BA in graphic/communication cation design, I graduate this semester and I’m trying to put together something with the knowledge I’ve gained as a designer/artist over the years. I think a design/art news letter would frickn dope and I think it could be done in a really cool way. I don’t if I have to spam to get someone’s attention but HMU!!! -smakiba
