you land somewhere between the Oxy clean and the slap chop dudes it terms of crazy, you know that right?
You forgot Jacques Cousteau...
😂😂😂
You say that like it's a bad thing
I bought one and I love it. I went to home depot and thought it was in stock but they didn't
have it out yet on the shelf but when I saw it I bought it immediately and glad I did.
One of those tools you may only use twice a year, but those two times you're gonna be really glad you have it.
Not wrong
I use it everyday in hvac
@@adamhandyside9836 That's awesome.
I agree!
Very true I could of used it a month ago and save a lot of frustration. Probably wouldn’t use it again often, don’t know, but be super happy to have it lol
I have to admit. When i first saw this lastnight after work. I thought waaaaay over hyped. Im now in my garage working on a project and i Absolutely need this right now!!! 🤦🏿♂️u dont know until u know!
But ... what you never had (& knew existed) you'll never miss... 😏
This guy sounds like he's shouting at me and telling me off. I've done nothing wrong!
What did you say about Vince?....he’s a Saint
@@ChuckNorris-yo3hu , so sorry I liked the above comment. Hey, it helps the algorithm.
he is from philly
He went to the Wes Watson school of vocal projection
Yes, you did! Hes yelling at you cause you didn't buy what he creamed over!!!!!
Thanks for the suggestion! I love my Dewalt 90 Degree standard attachment... it's saved my butt on many occasions... but this upgrade would make short work of many awkward situations without having to buy several other attachments that aren't as reliable!
Keep your standard attachment bro - it's way more solid.
I picked this up this weekend. It was exactly what I needed. We replaced the cabinet doors and draw fronts in our kitchen. When replacing the drawer blank i front of the sink I had to get to screws between the blank and the sink. Glad I saw this review because the other right and gel attachment wouldn’t have worked. Thanks Vince!
I love having a flexible shaft!
No homo
@@MoodMuzikFilez 🤣
That’s what she said
That sucks for you're wife, buy some viagra 😂🤣😂
I bought a right angle tip for my shaft, makes shooting come out at a 90 deg angle.
I used a similar device to assemble IKEA kitchen cabinets two years ago. The final screw locations needed a flexible shaft driver holder. I would have mangled the job without it. Worth the money as I used it again last week on a cabinet sink cover plate.
I have the Dewalt previously released yellow colored version. No flex, no handle, no extension, with the magnet. I have 2 of them. I use special tools all the time. These new features will save you time. I will upgrade. Make sure you set aside a box, or a spot in your truck to store them. This is not a new idea, but Dewalt makes tough tools. It’s nice to see that these engineers were mechanics, first, and Dewalt backs them. If I don’t break them, I loose them. Thank you VCG Construction. Keep up the great work and for being so passionate about the topic. I like when you walk through the stores as well. Great play by play.
The zombies are breaking down my door I need to screw it shut 💀 Thank you DeWalt for saving my life
🤣
Saw your video on the shear and bought it. Haven't tried it out yet. I have the dewalt set from 10 years ago. Still going strong.
I got one a few weeks ago and it helped me get some screws out up under a lazy Susan to replace the countertops it worked sweet whole reason I bought it
Was it life changing for you
@@chadparker3826 I’ve used it putting cabinets together too odd lay out my atomic wouldn’t fit in the opening to predrill the maple styles so yeah lol life changing
Ok then
When I saw this about a month ago I felt the same way! I'm glad to see others excited about it as well 😄
I went from hating this guy to loving this guy in the span of 90 seconds. Once you get over his Billy Mays shouting and realize he's quite dynamic in his delivery I actually found him quite enjoyable to watch.
Oh yeah, cool accessory too. Will prob check this out. Noice.
Picked it up 2 weeks ago, it's $5 cheaper at Lowe's than at home Depot
I saw it online, it's yellow, not black like the one at Lowe's
Love it when Vince is pumping out the Dewalt love. I have the standard right angle accessory so that's good enough for me.... or at least that's what I'm saying until I hit a job site that gives me that extra little nudge to go out and buy one of these 4 in ones!
I’m dying 😂 This is the most “Vince being Vince” video to-date. It’s also a great review of what looks like a great tool to add to my bag.
10000000% 😂🤣😂😂😂👍🏻
The flex shaft idea has been out there for hand tools for quite a while. Just today I thought about this flexible shaft I have in a "Popular Mechanics" branded screw driver set I actually have and had for at least 20 years. Thought I had was "why not use it on power tools or make one for it?" And bam. Here it is...
We needed it yesterday on my install job. Thankyou my friend and thankyou for your positivity
As a European i find Vince is the most stereotype American there is. I love it! I’m ordering that thing right away.
this could have given me back? 3 years to my life over the many time this would have been useful
After watching this video I had to go to my local homedepot and buy it!
This is one accessory I will keep in my daily tool bag....
Great to hear!
As someone who abuses a 1/4” impact every day at work it will be interesting to see how long this survives. It will be very useful for putting reinforcement in crates where you can’t get the impact in. The problem will occur when trying to loosen nuts that are rusted in place.
I ahve the standard Dewalt we use them ina factory I’m the only one with the Dewalt everyone else has. The Milwaukee right angles and as soon as the Milwaukees get wet they lock up
Vince has this amazing ability to convince to buy a tool I didn't know I wanted but at the same time conVINCE me it's a bad idea.
I've had something very similar to this from dewalt for a long time, its the dewalt dwarafs right angle flex shaft. It's come in handy countless times since I got it. Also to address any durability concerns one might have, I've stripped nuts and bolts with this and used it to drive decent sized bolts into 2x4 when hanging TV's, it can take a good amount of torque.
Yeah. This is the newer version. The previous version went on clearance right before these came out.
Framing my basement I used this thing ALL the time for routing electrical and plumbing. Did an entire kitchen of cabinets with it too.
I'm in the hvac trade and this is gonna come in so handy for all types of things. I use a milwaukee 90⁰ now and I'm gonna be changing out for this one
I'm in hvac, I find using a milwaukee power ratchet with extensions gets me to them screws buried between duct work or under evap coils.
how did you get started in hvac?
@@gabron21..went to trade school for it 20+ yrs ago, and then got chosen to work for Feld entertainment, traveling the world setting up n monitoring the ice for Disney on ice shows. Now running my own business.
@@AllTattedUp13 Thanks. I’m 20 and figured I might try a trade. Just not for sure where’s the best place to start. I’d hate to spend money on education and then realize I don’t like it. I’ve done that before already. Appreciate the reply.
@@gabron21 check your local union hall, like pipe fitters or sheet metal. See when/if they do their apprenticeship programs. Get paid to work and get an education 👌👌 Stick with it for 5yrs and you'll have ur journeymen card. 😎😎
THIS GUY IS PASSIONATE ABOUT SHAFTS!!!
DeWalt used to be the go-to cordless tools for contractors and professionals.
I started changing to Milwaukee a few years ago and won't look back now.
Another cool tool...I don't need it but...now that I know it exists, I'll probably need it a dozen times a week from now on. Thanks, Vince--time to sell some plasma!
I've used that same drill for 2 years to me Milwaukee has a pro rating and DeWalt is excellent it says cool when heavily used and it performs well through the task
Got it a week ago....love it!
Weird... I was at depot looking for the shear attachment about the time you dropped this video. It’ll be here tomorrow about the time I’ll be done cutting the last stud lol
Loving the performance out of tools I haven't seen before for attachment for a drill
That was pretty funny when the screw fell off on him but definitely a sick option for your Dewalt impact drivers
Picking mine up in the morning.....
On your recommendation I went out and got it tonight. Great little tool I had a project that I Needed it. Thanks
love this guy, looks like Joey from Friends. I love the attachment, can’t wait to find it as I can’t seem to spell it correctly to type it into google.
This man talks everything that he likes up so much even if it’s not the best
This is my first time viewing, I'm hooked. He is Mr personality! He gets excited about tools like I get excited about good veins 🤪
This one is interesting I'm gonna have to check it out, that small compact one might come in handy
I bought it for like 25 bucks at lowes. Very useful
I’m a Ridgid guy and I bought it, because how cool is it and work wonders trust me..
I have that standard right angle adapter and it is worth its weight in gold. I think this kit with the multiple options is going to be worth its weight in Platinum!
I though I was the only one who gets as excited as this guy for tool stuff lol
Okay Mr.V, you got me to click with that video title to drop the practical search I was doing to use my existing tools. Trust you gonna make this good! :)
Love the way he says "shhhhayft" 😂
Perfect tool for working in the crawl space.
As a DYI dentist, this is my “go to” tool!
I was on the fence until I saw it had 10X longer life...wow that's amazing, COUNT ME IN!!!
I just bought this tool. I was going to pass on it and get the slimmer craftsman version without the grip at the end but you sold me on this one haha
Sold out on amazon, but lowes had one. Life changer tomorrow. :) Thanks Vince.
Nice! I just saw that they're on sale. The Lowe's by me still have them posted at $40.
Electricians as well as people who work in the cable and phone industry could use this a lot, that's why I'm getting one. We have to try and get to the wall jacks from behind heavy furniture, and the customer never wants to move that furniture
Wow I almost died today and this saved my life.
I have never been as excited as this in my entire life.....
Might pick up one of these for my "team red" drill
“Some might say, “VINCE!!! You’re over dramatic” point finger at camera. “NOT SO!” Lol your funny
shoulda zoomed in super fast when that happened :D
I’m dying 😂 It’s the most Vince being Vince moment
I don’t have the flexible one just the standard angle attachment, but as an hvac tech it’s awesome for furnaces
Bought a ryobi flex shaft that really struggles to bend to 90 degrees, but it can, and it was invaluable in taking components off and back on in tight spaces under the hood of my truck without having to resort to hand cranking socket wrenches. I want this though. This looks incredible.
What im struggling with though is understanding why the twisting motion from one tool doesn't cause the same problems as the twisting motion from the other
We use tools like that in the aviation industry because of many tight spots to drill rivets and holes. Also offset adapters and even one that offsets the bit at 180 degrees so you can drill around a corner. But, they’ve been around in one form or another for many years.
I can't believe that the Dewalt brand is going to survive promotions like this one. It back on the coffee!
Thx for the video!
🤩☕🍩😊
Dang. I learned something. I bought a Ryobi flexible extension, and tried it with a (DeWalt) drill. As you demonstrated, it tried to coil up like a snake. I had labeled the extension as useless. Now I see that it may be useful after all, if I just use it on the impact driver instead. Thank you.
this guy rocks.
Vince your a goofball bud you make me laugh almost every time im starting my own home improvement company and you videos are very helpful in finding all the latest gadgets thanks for doing this
The early 90's called, they want you back. 'Man' I miss those days. 😅
A link to the product would be nice.
Love this guy’s energy!
vince, you, by far sir, is indeed a dramatic guy
Ryobi use to make a flexiable shaft 10 years ago. I got one free with a bit set. It's awesome but, didnt have all the option like this Dewalt.
I'm in Pa and Lowes has it on sale for 29.98
Early 80's Car salesmen yelling, C'mon down do we have a deal for you, we have the lowest prices in town, blah blah, blah, LMAO.
But you are addictively funny to watch, :)
Vince, you are quite the salesman, and I hope you get some commissions from your efforts. Just ordered two sets of these from Lowe's... they're on sale there right now! Keep up the great work brother!
Had one for many many years
Vince awesome demonstration, save the drama for the llama, lol, buying the flex tool today, you are very informative on you videos, be safe, thank you.
Bro! I went to replace my 6 year old 20 max impact drill this morning. I watched some of your videos and decided to upgraded to the xr impact. On my way out I seen this bad boy and scooped it up. Got home to watch a video on it and boom here's loud ass Vince to show me what's good. Lol. Just found you today and I'm joining the Vince crew on the tube. Keep it up bro.
Just found your channel we’re have you been all my life
Great tool video we all ways need new gadgets to make our jobs easier, I’ve dropped many screws trying to get into a tight place, almost saying wrong words
Such energy!
I have the right angle driver but this is a first to know of the flex! Thanks!
My wife tells me the plumber Dewalt tool has more length. She is very happy with the job he did.
Those 2x4s are the heros of the show. Lmao
The handle for the compound 'standard' right-drive is plastic - cheap and misaligned. It overheated and vibrated like crazy, even under no load (just like this guy). First DeWalt tool I've ever had to return. Buy the flex shaft separately, and a good all-metal right-drive extension with ball bearings can be had for 16-20 dollars.
Received mine today! Tks for the video
Enjoy it
Vince go to petticoat lane in London UK....there are loads of guys like you there...with your skills..
You! Are Not a little but massively dramatic! Yet, great intro! Thanks!
Im an inground pool builder. Light niches have changed where drilling from behind it, inside ten inch wall forms cut down the middle with rebar cages is the easier way to embed it into the forms to pour the concrete walls. Unless you're a magician with guessing where to drive aluminum nails.
I can't tell you how many screws and entire impacts I've dropped inside the wall attempting them and spend the next ten minutes trying to get it out. This attachment just made that a worry of the past
Your excitement and enthusiasm is infectious Vince. I love it! Had to subscribe. I also love this tool accessory. Looks worth getting for sure. At the 11 sec mark it looks like you were cutting metal with your impact. Did you make a video about that accessory as well by any chance?
It's the steroids
I may need to get the flex shaft!!
I needed something like this last year
Might get me one and my grandfather one
These things are great! Use mine almost weekly working in tight spaces on boats. If only they made a stainless magnet ;)
Thats a freaking handy attachment
DeWalt tools or an excellent tool for power tools in my life experience DeWalt is one of the best other than Milwaukee I was surprised in a video I seen of yours that you put Milwaukee in a beginner's tool I have used a Milwaukee for 10 years and it never broke down the same power tool Milwaukee should be in your proline
This dude is a trip!
You can use it at 6:30: I use it remove bolts from headlights brackets in salvage yard under the hood by bending the shaft. Able to remove in a few seconds.
I'm a milwaukee guy but all the new attachments and tools that dewalt comes out with makes me wish I went with that brand
you're no Milwaukee guy saying things like that.. Time to trade your red for yellow. lol
I'll stick with the best of both.
A Dewalt cordless ratchet will change my life forever
Definitely needed that installing my outdoor porch light the f ing screw was about 1 1/2 from the sidings molding perfect tool
