Is Sasquatch actually a secret Santa living undetected in the Vancouver Island wilderness? A group of islanders has received mystery gifts on their doorsteps every spring for the past 15 years, and each gift is signed “Sasquatch.” Is this a long-running prank, or is the legendary beast really responsible for these presents? These citizens have decided that it’s time to find out.

I had an experience on MT benson , up Nanaimo lakes road in 2005/2006 ish I think we called it red gate , you park in a lot that leads to an old logging road , the logging road is locked by a red gate,
My friends and I went to camp for the weekend and had fun until night time came and we had went into our separate tents to settle in and sleep for the night.
That’s when it started , we could hear enormous boulders being thrown into the river , the river was about 150,to200 feet the splash from the rocks hitting water was so big it sounded like cars being thrown , also we could feel the impact of the rock vibrate through the ground and into our bodies as we laid on the ground in tents and you could hear the loud click noise of the rocks hitting larger rocks under water,
4of us all in separate tents and one person slept under the stars beside the fire started to talk and reason what the heck could it be of course we tried to convince our selfs it was someone else on other side of river throwing rocks , but then we started hearing strange laughing loud though ,only thing I can explain it being close to was almost like a witches cackle but it was very loud in volume and deep , it didn’t sound like a person tho , and it sounded far , soon as one of us said it’s sounds far away behind us , in an instance it was on the complete opposite side of the camp site and way closer it was then some one said wtf it’s in front now then Instantly it was on the left and sounded closer , this went on for atleast 2 hours the cackling laugh seemed sobbing around 360 degrees around the camp site and always sounded like it was at a different distance than the previous cackle always very far off or very close , we didn’t hear any movement in the Forest other than the enormous rocks hitting the water , we all where creeped out and wanted to leave. It it was between 2 and 4 am in the pitch black with a 15 minute walk to the car. Once the sun came up we all went to investigate the water and we seen the rocks that got thrown , where not in the water the day before when we where swimming and fishing , about 10 to 20 rocks where lifted from the same side of. River we camped on and thrown into the. Water 20 feet from the bank towards the center of river and then some of the big rocks lifted out of the rapids and thrown up steam , the smallest rock that was thrown was the size of a volt wagon bug and a skid steer would had a hard time moving
      , we never seen anything
But the fear it put into us was overwhelming , never realized we had big foot experiences till years later

We need to protect sasquaches from the sneaking evil goverment and gun happy army freaks. I pray the aboriginal people take charge of the protection of the sasquaches. They need to watch these areas !!!!! Keep them safe 🙏

We were investigating in one of our Sasquatch spots about two years ago. We found footprints there the week before so we were pretty sure there were still in the area. Then we heard a series of rifle shots and screams from the other side of the mountain and then a float plane flew right over top of us. We got out of there quick. The very next week there was a huge machine upgrading that road, they blasted a huge pit right where we were. Then they started logging all that road, right next to a provincial park. Wrecked our spot. We are pretty sure somebody targeted the Sasquatch, maybe killed one but we know some are still around. Unfortunately it was an Indigenous owned logging company that eventually logged there. Business is business I guess. 🤦‍♂️😢

Loved it. Scary though you have a smattering of views and comment. But post a shadow near a tree and it will be Bigfoot and get 20k views🤷‍♂️
