It would be completely out of line to give that vault 9.33 execution, but it actually received 9.66 from the judges (still slightly too low, but her first vault was also overscored).
They kept talking about Simone's score when everyone else was going. Like that's not fair to the other competitors. We know they did misjudged Simone's 2nd vault but let the other girls have their moment.

awww. i dont remember seeing qi qi staring in awe at Simone after she vaulted. that was incredibly sweet
