That scene is giving the commander a role, only on modern tanks though. The commander is able to take control of the turret in the event the gunner is killed/incapacitated.

I don’t think it’s that specifically I think they are saying that vehicles that have other crew members that with the same controls can instantly use it like in some vehicles historically the radio operator machine gunner had backup driver controls right in front of him so that crew member could instantly take over

Unfortunately, for tanks like in the leopard 2s, the gunner and commander sit in a straight line, so pretty much any shot that kills the gunner has a pretty good chance of skewering de commanda as well .
Nice to have this for the rare occasions it won't happen though.

Things I noticed and exited about
Commander takes over dead gunner without waiting 20 plus seconds.
Airfields now have SAM’s in Air RB.
Germany suffer with new IFV, possibly a Marder with anti tank missiles.
Shallow Waters and sunken cities maps for Speedy boats.
And finally, the planes forming Roman number VII looks a lot like a MiG23 from afar.

- the tank commander optic sight animation(moving) new binocular/Commander optic sight, plus with the commander being able to take control of the Turret and gun. - 0:24
- The New jet for British - 0:34
- New ground vehicle for the Germany, Hull looks similar to the TAM, has the typical IFV gun, has an ATGM to right of the gun, and to the rear, seems to be a structure of some kind. Not sure if it has any function, but it looks like it
does. - 0:44
- Twin engine jet dropping bombs on the New German vehicles looks to be of Soviet design. - 0:48
- New map for naval and new naval vehicle? - 0:52

nothing, in RB and SB its often used as tactics. airfield aa is destroyable. on low tier you counter with enough airspeed and evading maneuvers. on high tier they should add something like radar blind spotts. awacs should get some attention too.
