"not as tame as chicken's" "hard to catch if you let them free roam"
...ummm I've never had that problem. My guineas literally sit in my lap. And let me pick them up... If you raise fowl. You can 1. Just feed and water them. Then let go when older.. or 2. show them love and affection. And they make great tame pets like mine lol

Sorry, the computer voice reading the text was an immediate lose for me. almost nothing showing you actually raise guineas. there is so much to guineas that is lost here. and going through the comments, did anyone get answers to their questions?

If you want to publish a ppt, just publish it. Computer voice generation is AWFUL! We're not children.

I made it to the 5 min' point. Please if you have a written article make it available as a txt, rtf or pdf file. If you insist on releasing this as a video then at least watch it before you upload. Maybe then you'd realize it NEEDS editing. The mid - - - - - - sentence gaps were too much and I gave up.

I’ve had chickens and guineas for years and never witnessed guineas vs chicken interaction, they did not mix and were completely oblivious to one another, unfortunately as they mature my guineas started finding different nesting places throughout the farm and not going back to roost in their coop, became easy pickings to raccoons foxes and owls.

hi, I recently got some guineafowl chicks and one of them is suffering she has soggy stomach and it won’t clear up and she is struggling to stand and can’t walk she seems to be moving her head up and down like she’s nodding and I think she’s having some issues with her wings do you know how I can help her by any chance?
She is the smallest of all four guineafowl chicks I have they are about nine or 10 days old and she is called Jane I think she might be getting picked on by the other chicks but I’m not sure and she’s trying to move but she’s just can’t

I eally enjoyed the content, but wow, I agree about robot voices. I don't want to hear Siri or any of them! I would rather hear _any_ human, even people who don't think they have a good "presentation" voice, than any computerized voice. In fact, I'd rather hear a non-pro than a pro, since you get the feeling that the non-pro is thinking about the subject of the video, but the pro is thnking about his or her speaking career.
But the robot voice was actually a little funny to listen to, because of the big pause at the bottom of each page, even when a sentence wasn't over. You'd just hang on that last word, until finally the page turned and the rest of the thought was spoken. It was funnier to hear than it is to describe. I felt a little silly laughing, but it was funny.
Anyway, thank you for your helpful course, "Raising Guineas 101". I still think I'd like to give it a try! Thanks again.

I am afraid I have raised guinea fowls for a long time and the idea of wood shavings for KEETS is wrong. DO NOT put any wood shavings; as keets are very different from chicks. They will try to eat the wood shavings which can create breathing and digestive problems- most likely death. Please research a bit more before you believe everything this video says

Anyone thinking about getting guineas, needs to think about their neighbors. I lived peacefully for 17 years in my house, before my ignorant neighbor decided he wanted a flock of guineas. Now, every day at 2:30 or 3:00, the screaming starts. Nobody within 1/2 mile can sleep when these nuisance birds start calling. You may be cool with the noise, but your neighbors will likely not see it that way. These birds need to be eradicated, they are a scourge to urban living, and should only be raised if you can ensure they will not destroy your neighbors quality of living. Be considerate!!!
