Looks like good stuff!
Loved seeing sorghum in this country again . hope people will realize the valve.nice bales
We are planning on doing it again!! Thanks
Loved this video!
Great job.
Just curious, how much do those bales weigh? I only ask because 3.5 bales per acre really doesn't seem right for sorghum.
These transitions go hard! Love the vid Jarrett!
You guys have some nice equipment!
Great video!
Fav video yet
Emery loved this one
The best sorghum cutter in the Wild Wild West
What type of sorghum (species?) is grown for cereal vs animal feed? And what type for animal feed in bales we saw here?
Beautiful farm 🎉
Sick drone footage
Best thing is to high moisture bale that and wrap it the cows love it
We are warping it next time for sure, takes to long to dry!
That’s great!!!

I was here before 1 million subscribers
Good video. I wish you would tell what seeds you planted and at what rate you planted. Just for us use to be farmers
We did 42 pounds to the acre, and the seed was Gro-N-Graze classic (conventional sorghum)
We just wanted to try the basic kind to see how it did, next year we are planning on doing the silage kind and to wrap it
Good
My surghum been seeded since June 10. It’s just above knee height now. Lol.
Nice looking stuff, but does your animals waste alot of that cuz of stalks? Or they eat 90 percent of it? P,s have you guys tried extended your windrows out so it could dry faster? Sure you may drive over it but we noticed that it seems to dry our hay a bit quicker.
They will probably eat 80-90% of it because the stalks were small.
Can't believe that you've had enough moisture in S.E. OK to get that stand.
I know! The rain hit it just right and keep coming!
How will i know plant have Prussic acid or nitrate poisoning
didn't they used to make molasses from sorghum?
Yes they sure did!
You didn't squeeze the cane for juice THEN silage them??? My late Uncle had a dairy over in Paris, AR and his cow LOVED the heads mixed with silaged sorghum cane, mixed with "throw-out bread" from the Bunny Bread store. I'm a once-removed from the farm City Boy, and none of my folks raised beef cattle. I raised some hogs on a friend's farm. They're like bananas, when they're "ripe", peel 'em and eat 'em! I'm a member of PETA-People Eating Tasty Animals! Being a farmer or rancher is harder work than I was ever able to do. I raise my pill bottles to ya' fella! BTW, I'm up in Tussa, Okra-Homer!
We are definitely wrapping them next time but we wanted to see how the cows do on it dry baled! Thanks for the comment!
You need to what for nitrates in this crop as it will cows to abort there calf . sorry music
Where is the ranch located?
Southeastern Oklahoma
Where are the dairy cows
Haha just beef cows
No way that barely made 4 bales an acre.
That was only one cutting
Ear blasting music... stopped right off
Couldn't finish watching because of the music
