I honestly don't think I've ever seen anyone else act out the various stages of intoxication anywhere near as well as Gareth does here! It's a flawless performance. I'd love to see the outtakes with the production crew in hysterics! The guy was a true comedy genius.
Thank you for this, the best quality version on CZcams. This is, in my opinion, the funniest comedy sketch ever made by anyone. I watch it regularly and laugh as hard every time! His facial expressions, drunken speech and manner are just spot on! I'm trying to work out what is being said from 03:18 onwards. It sounds like Gareth yelling: "Come on! Get lost!" to the waiters, followed by "Put your lens down for once!" to the camera man, who then seems to reply: "I have kids to support". :-)
If he was not in fact hammered during the "..an' small black clad moustachioued wi.. wimmon?" bit this might be one of the best "acting drunk alt. drunken acting" performances ever.
