Very helpful video. I was able to install this on my wife’s vehicle in under an hour. And I have no mechanical/wiring training.
Just put one of these in my 2014 Rogue. This is an excellent product and is simple to install. Total time for me was about 1.5 hours!

Completed install on 2014 Nissan Rogue - thought it was all OK and it tested fine - but then noticed that my heating system won't turn on. Like no digital display or lights when I press the heating system to come on, and no fans or anything come on. @Accessorides Please advise.
Where do you wire in the hood pin kill switch for the 2016 rogue?

Worth the money no extra remote and no cutting .. I had the bcm that pulled out made it much easier to plug.. the worst is getting clips off and stuffing extra wires in ..
How did you get the BCM pulled out? I can't get my hands in there well enough to get the plugs up top out in my wifes car and pulling the BCM would be way easier.

I enjoyed your video. It was very helpful. I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Is there a way to remove the module so you dont have to undo the connectors in that tight spot under the dash? Thanks.

You cant see where you are putting things or a clear view of what you are doing. What is where, any of the important items its just a verbal walk through.
Elizabeth Julia thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately its a tight area getting a hand in there and being able to position the camera to show whats going on is a little tough. Once you get the car apart its pretty straight forward then once you are done just secure the module up above the BCM. Thanks!

what's the range for oem keyfob?
Beasty-jem - Most OEM remotes get somewhere around 150-300 ft. Whatever distance you can lock it from now you will be able to start it from. No more or less. Thanks!
Accessorides ok I bought one from your store in eBay
I recently purchased and installed this in my 16 Rogue SL. It seems to work as expected but I’m getting a smart key system error on the instrument panel. Is this typical or do I have something installed incorrectly? The vehicle runs and drives just fine.
Did your error ever go away? I installed this on my 2016 4Runner with a regular key start with no issues. When I installed on my best friends 2016 Nissan Rogue with push start, I get the same error you got. I contacted Accessorides and they sent me instructions to reset the module. I tried resetting the module, but never got the correct light sequence to show module was ready, nor would the car start with remote. I contacted them again and they're sending me a new kit to try.
@@leastridge7489 did you ever get this figured out? I installed my kit today on my 2015 rogue and it starts remotely but I get the key system error on the dash when I get in. If I push the brakes the car turns off. However if I start the car with me in it and my key fob the car is fine, no error.... would seem like there's an issue with the takeover part from the remote start to driving the vehicle...

Not a "fully plug and play" for 2017 Rogues. Requires punch keys for one of the options "If the 10th digit of VIN is H". So now my dash is torn apart and no one is there on support on a Sunday. Also, it would be helpful to show where you zip tied the add-in rather than just show us where to plug in cables.
Yep still 100% fully plug and play for the 2017 - 2019 models!
What did you have to punch in?
@@chrisb9445 Don't remember, but the remote start doesn't work this year. Haven't troubleshot it yet, but I think it was in the manual about the punch.
