I love the roads without asphalt! I live in a village in Romania and the roads without pavement are full of chamomilla in summer, and various other flowers. Asphalt should be eliminated from our civilisation.
Skim milk mixed with water ( 1 x 5 or 1 x 8 ) sprayed when dry. Best done before a major outbreak of mould. Spray underside of zuchini and pumpkins . Pack affected plants and dispose with garbage. Wonderful life. Cheers from Canada
Another exceptional piece of artwork! So beautiful! And, Jonas keeps building more gorgeous structures. Very magical.❤ Those baby bunnies are soooo adorable!💕
The progress you've made on your homestead is amazing! You are caring for & nurturing the land. Look at the bounty you receive!! Your continued creativity, maintaining, gardening, chores, & life is a true testament to you both!! Keep clobbering it. Much love, respect, & most importantly prayers go out to you.❤❤
The food looks yummy. Your garden is amazing so much vegetables. you both have done so much work to your place. Where still working on our Strawbale home it will be completed in November then the fencing.
Your creativity is amazing. Beautiful gardens, beautiful people and beautiful artwork and ideallic lifestyle - not easy, but I'm sure very rewarding. Regards from New Zealand.
You've made my day for sure ❤️ The deer ate my apple trees , swiss chard , beautiful rose hips and the bear smashed my bird feeder for the third time , homesteading in the north country wilds , your video is keeping me sane until I start crying again ,yay !!!
Wow that is though having to deal with those losses! If feel you, very painful if you put in so much effort! And all to common to have those kind of set backs in homesteading life. I wish you much perseverance!
Hello Jonas&Laura: Your resourcefulness is amazing with your new food storage shed and wonderful garden. Your new woodblock is beautiful and tells such a story of your neigh- bourhood town's life! The everday life that you project on your homestead is lovely to watch and gives us hope that more people could aspire to have similar lifestyles! Kudos to you both! Cheers,Sandy&Andy from smoky, arid BC,Canada PS. We sure could have used some of your rain this summer!❤
I always love watching your videos! They're so satisfying ❤. I too love gardening and being outside and preserving the produce that we grow. And feeding the animals.
Thank you SO much for sharing !! Congratulations on your art work !! and on such a plentiful life you are creating for yourselves!! Lots of hard work but so well rewarded ❤
Hi Laura, Great to have a new video from you guys about your Off grid, self sufficiency living which is definitely the way to go if possible! Sorry to hear you have eyesight problems - especially not good for an artist. With that in mind I thought I would share tips for improving your sight. Firstly, get some good Lutein capsules and Vitamin A drops (rich in Retinol, like cheese, oily fish, beef). Eat a raw carrot and an egg each day plus black grapes, fresh mango, pineapple and blueberries. After about three months you should notice some improvement.
SO good to see you have a new video love seeing the progress on your homestead n gardens Love your rabbit inclousers so they can be on the earth too . I had goats and their escape artist for sure n stubborn so wishing you Blessings
I am so happy every time I see a new video! Your videos are inspiring, calming and I want to thank you for it.❤ I would love to learn how to garden like you.😊 You too are very inspiring. Continue your good work.❤
Your new print is amazing! You inspired me in your past videos so I bought myself some tools to try it myself, I find it very calming to do. So far I need much more practice! My garden is slowing down now, we had a very dry summer here 🇨🇦 but fortunately I installed a drip line watering system this spring. Your garden looks so very lush, I keep improving my soil but I am no where near producing the abundance you have. Thanks for your videos, I am always excited to see a new one and see what you have been up to. It must have been nice to have a friend visit!!
That is awesome to hear your bought yourself some printing tools! Yes it can be very meditative :) Great for you you had some irrigation installed, it does make a lot of difference. Thanks so much for following along!!
Really enjoyed this wonderful update!! The garden is looking very lush and full of life, so many little creatures enjoying the lovely habitat you have provided for them. All the structures are coming along beautifully as well, they all have such unique character making the whole property look like a little wonderland 🙂 Also, just wanted to add, I received my STUNNING print from you in July and I am in love with it!! So happy to have a little piece of Viibemaa in our home x
It’s wonderful to see you enjoying your countryside life. Friends are a special treat. The blight will be a reoccurring theme I’m sorry to say. The garden is beautiful. The board and batten roof is a good idea when living near a forest. It’s good to have a good partner. How can we buy your prints?
So wonderful to see you both again and what you have done over summer.your wood block print looks fantastic have missed your videos but glad you enjoyed summer with family and friends, life is not all about videos and sharing with the wider world, it is about family and friends
Hi ,I'm here ,via Johanna's and Martijin Doolard's channels ,you come recommended. I look forward to discovering your channel. Happy new year from Australia.
I’ve been hoping to see a new video from you and savoured every moment of this one. You’ve worked so hard and it’s a real pleasure to watch your progress. The new woodcut is gorgeous too. Thanks for sharing ♥️
Your place is looking wonderful! People keep telling us to get goats, but we know how difficult they can be having grown up with them - but they are lovely animals and there's nothing nicer than fresh goats milk! xx
What about sheep? We decided not to get goats as we live in an area with neighbours, so have gone for sheep instead, much more docile and easy to manage
Well, I think the landscape here is best suitable for goats as we don't really have pasture, almost only forage. Otherwise sheep were definitely a possibility for us@@katiefitzpatrick8806
So great to see another story :) What are the tall flowers you're tying up at 11:11? Your garden looks amazing, and how wonderful it must feel to be eating meals completely from your own garden!
You are great land custodians. Love your art. Not sure which I'll purchase yet....not to be rude, I'd pay more. It is that wonderful and I see what it takes to make. What a gem.
i am envious of your way of living; that is the best way to live. no stress and hurdles of city life. thank you for sharing it to us. be safe and waiting to see more of your daily activities😆😆😆coriks🐪🐪🐪
Hard time of the year though all seasons have there challenges with either too much rain or to little, trying to preserve the harvest as well as every day chores, can be very tiring. It all looks wonderful so does your new piece of beautiful art, really enjoy seing what you have all been doing x
I'm so glad I've stumbled accross your channel. There is plenty of homestead materials but they mainly focus on US or western Europe so I'm super happy to see something in less obvious region. Especially that it's closer to my home and seeing beautiful Baltic and pine forests makes me a little homesick :) Would you consider making a Q&A episode? I'm really curious how it works in Estonia with all the paperwork, land prices and language barrier (is it possible to start with English only or Estonian is a must?).
We actually filmed a Q&A not so long ago answering some frequently asked question, but it's so akward having us in front of the camera that I didn't upload it yet. We speak very little Estonian (I'm doing my best learning some every day), and we managed quite well, it all pretty straight-forward if you're moving from the EU zone to here actually in our experience. Rural areas far away from main cities are still pretty affordable if you're willing to put in the work!
@@The.Land.of.Slow.Living Thank you. If you feel awkward sitting and talking in front of a camera then maybe you could do it in a voiceover fashion while playing the bits of home/garden/or whatever you're talking about at the moment?
Guys, please tell me what you use seaweed for? I also have a lot of them on the bank, I put them in high beds in the form of compost. I also use it as mulch
I love the roads without asphalt! I live in a village in Romania and the roads without pavement are full of chamomilla in summer, and various other flowers. Asphalt should be eliminated from our civilisation.
Also impressed to see that Jonas fire charred his posts before burying them. The Romans used to do this when building a jetty, preventing rot.

If you cut the entire tomatoe plant down and hang it upside down inside the house a lot of the tomatoes will ripen eventually
Life is beautiful ❤️❤❤
I'm watching from rural, sunny Malaysia ☀️😎
Just a thought, soaker hoses are a great tool. You can make them from old hoses or really cheap ones. They keep me out of the heat, free up my time.
Congratulations... Amazing
Green tomatoes can be pickled (we fridge pickle ours) and they come out quite tasty
Your Hollyhocks are beautiful 💞

I love the outdoor table and bench made of logs you can see at 0:34 in the video!
Your place is looking wonderful! People keep telling us to get goats, but we know how difficult they can be having grown up with them - but they are lovely animals and there's nothing nicer than fresh goats milk! xx
Yes definitely the hardest animals to keep in my opinion but that delicious raw milk is sooo goood

These flowers are hollyhocks I think they are called in English! Beautiful colors :) Yes definitely a great feeling!
Tere, my husband is from Tallinn 🥰 I need to see more Estonian video's like this.
Before using the rainwater, you should test it with xrf spectroscopy. I saw the sky there is full of chemtrails, like everywhere in Europe.
