I've always been the kind of person to take baby steps with suspension mods. Starting with stiffer bushings then stiffer endlinks, then upper swaybars, then lower swaybars.
I've never had adjustable low swaybars so maybe I'll just cut to the chace and aim for Whiteline adjustables and go from there as needed :)

    Hi Brett,
I have a 12 Forester standard Model.....non ex but not a base model if that changes anything. My wife and daughter say they get a bit car sick when in my car, they say its like a boat floating on gentle waves.......which i guess is a good thing if your hammering down unsealed roads and pot holes at 100klm, however this is on the asphalt roads in the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne. Is there anything that can help this problem without affecting its off road capability.? Im here because I saw your info on sway bars.

Adding a thicker rear sway bar on your '12 Forester will help with that issue. I just bought me an '09 base model Forester, and from what I've read the, the rear sway bar is way too small for the rear of the Forester. Stock is 16mm which people in forums say makes the rear feel unstable and move too much. Upgrading to an '08+ sti rear sway bar (19mm stock) greatly improves this feeling.
