There are 7 named victims. The only ones who have claimed that they are not victims are Beatrice Anghel and Iasmina Pencov.
They did it after Andrew ordered them to do so, by calling from recorded jail phone on Jan 28, 2023, at 21:27.
Andrew is currently under investigation for witness intimidation.
By law, victim's consent is irrelevant. No one can consent to be a victim.

The metadata in the indictment corroborated with the accusations by the victims in the indictment. The indictment clearly shows the Trafficking. Victims can’t consent to being trafficked. The brothers will be in prison and they have new charges coming very soon.

"Two of the women don't consider themselves victims but most of them do..." This is a misrepresentation of the truth. The two women who he was criminally charged with victimizing have stated that they were never victims. There have been other women who have come forward in England but he was not criminally charged, after the crown's prosecution reviewed the case and declined pursuit of any criminal charges, over ten years ago when they alledge it happened. Since the Statue of limitations has expired, they filed a civil suit, with convenient timing because it just so happens to be out of time they are under scrutiny and suspicion.
As if you know anything about the truth. For one, there is no "statute of limitations" for rape (or any other serious crime) in the UK. That's why Romania has already approved extradition back to the UK once the case in Romania is concluded. Also, just because they weren't criminally charged the first time when three different women all separately reported being sexually assaulted by Tate, doesn't mean they won't be charged in the future. Indeed, it's almost certain they will be. The women filed a civil law suit because they believed the CPS didn't do their job and it was the only way to get some form of justice for the man who raped them.
