The only ones that HATE him are the sheep that watch a few clips of him online. The same ones that get massive views and get news sources and "influencers" get their panties up in a bunch. You don't HAVE to like him - everyone's entitled to their opinion - but to actively hate him means that you're just going with the mainstream. I have a few friends that used to hate him, then I started showing them videos like this, and long form interviews where you see more of him. Their opinion has changed.

Unless you wanna make certain muscle groups giant to look good. But it puts you at a disadvantage physically because certain muscles are nowhere near as strong as the one you target with static lifts to get big

I'll be honest...I didn't know who Andrew Tate was before this video. But my word, genuinely, what a great video. He might come across a bit arrogant but he can back it up. Also, the way he coached Mike was genuinely brilliant and I'd take up boxing if I had a teacher like him. Would love more of this content between these 2!

You can tell Tate enjoys fighting, he was smiling and having fun. Just watching him teach and fight makes me remember how fun fighting ( sport wise ) is too. He for sure misses some of it. Great video
