  • This conversation is part of the Future of Work Pioneers Podcast. Today we are speaking with Chike Aguh, the Head of Economic Mobility Pathways at Education Design Lab. Chike works across sectors on creating a future of work for all. He is the inaugural Head of Economic Mobility Pathways at the Education Design Lab, where he leads the Community College Growth Engine Fund, an innovative, tri-sector and $3M dollar effort turning community colleges into bridges to careers in high growth fields for every American learner and worker, starting with nearly 4,000 in 6 communities.
    Chike is also a Technology and Human Rights Fellow at the Harvard Carr Center for Human Rights Policy where he is writing a book on the future of work and racial equity, and Venture Partner at Maryland-based New Markets Venture Partners where he focuses on workforce technologies. He is a Lecturer at Columbia University and a guest speaker at the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy.
