    Did you know that only elephants and humans have a protruding chin? Scientists are actually puzzled as to the function of the chin. The chin muscles are part of a set that enable speech and chewing. The chin also contains the "mental nerve" which sends sensations to the lower lip, chin and other parts of the mouth. Have you noticed though that we tend to rub our chin when we are thinking? What if the chin is related to going from thought to speech, or formulating thoughts? (no scientific basis here, just my own humble hunch)

      Balance the Jupiter and Saturn energies. I would advise you to Google this meditation because you have to imagine this two planets while you meditate... I have it from Davis S. Shannahoff-Khalsa book: Kundalini Yoga Meditation. Techniques specific for psychiatric disorders. greetings

      She is calling it kundalini, but as far as I know kundalini is awakening chakras in the body & it takes years to achieve it, can't be done with scissor movements:)
