There is a very tiny mistake in this video. In pasteurization milk is heated to about 70 degree Celsius not 700 degree Celsius.

Mam l have a boubt 😮 that you told that microbes live every where and you also told that they also leave in harsh conditions where heigh temperatures but mam but mam when we learned the topic of pasteurization there mention that when we heat milk at 80 degree Celsius all harm full bacteria are die due to heat then how you can say that they also leave in 🌋 l thought it is not possible 🙆 so ,l requested you to please provide me this question answered ❤❤❤❤
When the milk once got hot then they kill but after sometime they again affect the milk because it's get cold because bacteria move one place to another

On boiling milk only harmful bacteria are killed . But not helpful bacteria . They are still present in milk and same for volcano 🌋

Ans: Milk is converted into curd or yogurt by the process of fermentation.The curd forms because of the chemical reaction between the lactica acids bacteria and casein.

those cells can naturally survive without ANY oxygen whereas anaerobic respiration aids us in lack of oxygen but still limited supply , so ananerobic respiration helps us by excreting lactic acid but fermentation is in bacterias only.
