About not having much of an intro/outro, I actually really like it. Minimal editing and just kind of talking normally and going wherever your conversation takes you (during speed builds) is really relaxing. I like listening to your videos while I'm studying or doing homework, or after a stressful day of school (like today). Just so you know, I like it :)
