Really i have seen many middle age persons that still they are in contigency job in every department of Govt. A.P. Govt. Of A.p should regularised them who served atleast 15 - 20 years or above contigency staffs of Govt.

Arunachal Govt should adopt Delhi Model Of Education. Where they send Govt teachers for training to country where Education are highly developed. Minimum training period 6 months hona chahiye. Yaha Arunachal mai tho Govt School ka teachers aise bhi hai jo Acha se sentence bhi likne nahi janta hai. Office mai Lodu kelke betne wala bhi hota hai. I welcome Govt decision to re-train those staffs who had joined through MLA recommendation because we all know how it works here. Quantity choro, Quality chahiye.

Jab koi dept.se LDC, Peon, CCM, mali bagera retire ho jata he sarkar uuse Dept. ke under DPC betker contingency me se regular karna he. Na ki uuse SSB me dena chahiye. Ager new post Govt. create karta he uuse SSB me dena chahiye.
Har Dept. me bechara 10 sal se 15 sal se contingency log Kam kar raha he, uske liye Govt. kyu nahi sochta he.Aakhir wo bhi to insan he, unka bhi paribar he.

Arunachal pradesh nehii honebala jobtk teachers quarters, hostel for boys and girls and all necessity do proper accommodation facilities...because 17th and 18th system of govt. School building is till stand no maintenance ,government change every after 5 years ,government school remain same or more government school defunct too this 21st century
