College Education Behind Bars - Bachelor of Science in Midwifery

In close collaboration with the BJMP Regional Office III, led by JCSUPT PAULINO H MORENO JR, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, Bataan Peninsula State University, under the direction of Dr. Ruby B. Santos-Matibag, University President. Health Beyond Bars, facilitated its First Apron Investiture, Nameplate and Candle Lighting Ceremony for fifteen (15) PDL enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Midwifery Curriculum at Marilao Municipal Jail.
With the honourable guest speaker, Hon. Ronald Lapat-Adamat, Ph.D., Commissioner, CHED, urged the students to complete the course.
The Level 1 PDL's reach a major milestone in their education, moving on to a higher level of healthcare sponsored by the BPSU and giving them hope for fulfilling employment upon their reintegration into society.
