JCINSP CLIFF RICHARD T TORRES - Marilao Municipal Jail Warden

JAIL CHIEF INSPECTOR CLIFF RICHARD T TORRES is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Public Safety. A Lakan alumni of the Philippine National Police Academy Mabikas Class of 2010. Entered the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and now on his 13th year of active service.
Served as Staff at the National Head Quarters Directorate for Logistics, Directorate for Intelligence, Directorate for Operations, Directorate for Human Resource Development, Directorate for Personnel and Records Management and Directorate for Intelligence on his early years in the service. From minor designations, he successfully transitioned to the position of Jail Warden. He was assigned as Warden of Paniqui Municipal Jail in the year 2015 to 2018, followed by Dinalupihan Municipal Jail in the year 2018 to 2020 and Talavera Municipal Jail in the year 2020 to 2021. At present, JCINSP TORRES is assigned as the Municipal Jail Warden of Marilao Municipal Jail since July 1, 2022.
