I have seen her do that several times on Password.....she may just not liked to be touched, I get like that sometimes...especially if I don't know the person very well.
Lucy was out of it by then. I recall cringing when I sampled that 80s series of hers. She wasn’t kidding when she complained about not knowing what was going on here. Partly age, partly didn’t care anymore

Super Password's celebrity games never measured up in terms of game play. The Barney Miller one, the Father Knows Best one, this Life with Lucy/Golden Girls one... For some reason, these big names simply went dumb.
Only Betty seemed to play well in this game

She played the game for years, appearing at least 40 times, and married its original host. She knew the game well.
This is one reason why I can't stand this run of the series. Thank God that we have the great 1960s episodes.
