Thank you for this great recipe and this is a brilliant idea for a X'mas family dinner. Definitely I will try it. I couldn't find any brined lemons here, probably I would replace it with morrocan preserved lemons. Happy Holidays and all the best to you and your family in the year to come!

pearl onions係法國佬煮法,煮到焦糖化。薯仔 紅蘿蔔又要批成橄欖形落牛油糖煮半個鐘OMG。。泰山呢個係咪比較家庭式煮法,一煲過。。。BTW個麵團圍住個煲個樣好funny 💋💋😂😂😂

其實就咁用明火煮都得。不過都要用鑄鐵鍋,都要圍條麵團。中慢火,60分鐘
