Brandon, I am currently traveling and staying with different relatives. Sometimes my food is out of my control especially since its their house and they make it. If you had to choose between eating too little calories to not gain body fat or reaching the right amount of daily calories but the marco ratio is off, which would you choose? (my family loves to eat lots of carbs and not enough protein)

Started doing this about 2 or 3 weeks ago and for 1 week & some days I've been a killer on getting shit done attracting things that I want but lately I've been procrastinating that was until yesterday when my Best Friend died. I had 2 choices: 1. I could be a bitch and cry thr whole day or 2. Only do the shit for like 5 min (cap it was like a full 2 to 3 hours😅 and then did the 5 min rule), work my ass off whenever i feel like crying, so i choose 2 and i getting say even thou i did get some shit done yestersday i know that productivy is key to happniess +success+ coping mechanism.
