Thanks for your effort! Interesting that at 3:50 it looks like the filter is on the right (to me anyway)

As always, one of the best drone photography channels out there. Excellent analysis, footage, and humor too!

I dont know, but Im not seeing much polarizing going on only a colour shift. When I used a Polarizer on my drones/Camera any bodies of water become see through.

I should have known,,, great video as always! its an awesome drone , personally I think DJI also most made these without the need for ND, although I do use one because of motion blur, stay safe

Thanks for the video. At what position do you point the white mark on the rotating ring? Should I point it at the sun or at the H on the base of the filter?

I have not but I want to. I used it for a sunset hyperlapses last week and it came out really cool.

Are you sure the images are correct for the lagoon at 3:37? Think it should be other way around. Left side water looks like there is a lot of specular highlights and right side looks like those have been cut down. The sky and clouds too look like its washed out on the left and right side looks like glare has been cut down. Even the reflection for the right looks like a lot of the stray light has been cut down. I think the labelling is wrong.

Hi, thanks and quick question, freeweel makes nd and ndpl, have you a side by side with, let’s say, nd64 vs nd64pl?
Maybe that’s what this is, just a straight polarizing filter w/o any degree of nd filter. The reason I ask is, I’m not going to be buying that whole pack, but they have 6 pack of nd filters and a 6 pack of ndpl which are the same strengths,

I have not but that would make for a nice comparison video. Thank you for the input!

What’s settings do you use when using the standard polarizer without nd auto or manual?…great video by the way!

Thank you! During the day I am 99% in pro mode with the iso locked at 100 and the shutter speed on auto. My goal is to use whatever ND I have to try to get it as close to 1/60 because I film at 30fps and I use a 24 fps timeline when I edit. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. Also my video before this one I made about using ND filters so check that out too.
