CLASSIC CARS EVERYWHERE at Eccleshall Show 2023!

- The Eccleshall Show of 2023 offered an incredible array of classic cars exhibiting, and today I will be checking them out at this agricultural show - plus a few vintage lorries and a couple of old tractors!
The field of this great classic car show was brimming with classic & vintage cars ranging from the 1920s to the 1990s, some of my favourites including a 1930s Buick Straight Eight, Thames Van, Vanden Plas Princess 4 Litre R and an intruiging MG TD!

49 Minutes the brown truck is a Shelvoke and Drewry (model unknown). And they were based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. And most famous for its Refuse Collection vehicles
Hi Harley it's nice to see some of the old car's that I've had in the past it's great to still see them still on the road being a h g v driver myself it's good to see some of the trucks that I used to own an drive still nice to still see the great show keep up with the great video.s you do Harley thank you .... Another interesting video, Harley. I'm constantly amazed by your knowledge of cars built long before you were born! My favourites: the super little Saab estate, the MG TFs, light-blue Dolly Sprint, black Phase 1 Vanguard, Traction Avant and the black Buick in such lovely condition (an owner interview would have been interesting). I chuckled at "you never see an rusty oil can"! I think a shed extension will soon be called for.............
Another good video Harley. Your knowledge grows by the week. I have a feeling that the Cortina pickup may be referred to as a UTE in Australia, I may be wrong. I LURV a purple Triumph especially a Stag. Wing mirrors were absolutely useless and difficult to adjust so many people put door mirrors on and rather than remove the wing mirrors and leave a hole in the wings they just left them on. The Bentley S1 is automatic only a 3 speed box if I remember correctly.

Hi 👋 Harley Good show. 👍 The four door Ford Escort is quite rare. Not many were made . Mostly two doors. That Ford Granada is very nice. A stylish design for the 1970s. We never had them here on our New Zealand car market because we had Australian Ford Falcons instead. There is a guy who has a car channel called Hubnut over there in Britain, and he has an Australian Ford Fairmont car. I think it's a 1980s model. He takes it to car shows there. Your knowledge on cars is great, i thought i new all the makes and models but I'm not as good as you.
That's an easy one. It's the Cadillac STS. Love the channel!
The Mini at 9:20 had a Moulton bike on the roof, Sir Alex Moulton desgned the suspension used in Minis. I like the rope rail on the side. lol

Cadillac Seville STS
1998-2004 [ this body style]
*STS= Seville Touring Sedan.
Either:
3.6 L. V6 = 255 HP,
4.6 L “Northstar” V8. 320 HP.
- there was also an SLS was the “Luxury “ version.
The MG Magnette (?) is one of my all time favorite British designs, along with the MK2 Cortina.
In 1940, LaSalle had a V8 322ci [ 5.27 Liter] good for about 130 HP.
Only 24,130 were built in 1940. So, super rare.
