This is definitely someone who’s a huge fan of every kaiju films they’ve seen, and turned it into a beat em up game. Got me excited for this.
Mecha really do feel different when they have lazer weapons. Just feels so fitting.

Awesome! I've been looking forward to this for a while. Even without these new modes, Dawn of the monsters is actually one or my most played games on the switch. I'm surprised at myself, since that means I've been constantly deleting my save data and starting all over again. That said, I really hope they did some rebalancing on some enemies. Particularly the ranged enemies and the more speedy enemies that parry you. I can't stand a enemy designed to shoot at you from range having stun resistance, and a fast enemy that has stun resistance AND a parry? I'm sorry, but pick one. Not both. Its annoying as hell XD
