So the much higher fire rate than the Otomatic combined with the lower BR as a result of no anti-tank shells should mean this AA would actually be quite competent at destroying planes.
Regarding the lack of any buyers for the Draco, I think they're missing out on a huge opportunity by not putting that thing into production and selling it to Ukraine. Seems like it'd be perfect for disposing of all those Russian drones.
I have been dreaming of the Draco being added, as the Centauro's are one of my favorite platforms
