Previous presentation was awesome, so I'm excited to watch this one.
I'm only 17 right now but learning so much from these kind of presentations, it also inspires me.
Worthwhile sequel to Luke's earlier presentation, delivered in his hallmark style combining useful information and casual entertainment. I agree he could have elaborated a bit more on his RAW precessing, but even without it the video had enough in it to sustain my interest. Together the two parts make a pretty instructive introduction to travel photography which I would recommend to friends (at least those comfortable with the foreign language).
I don't think Luke mentioning the reality of the commercial side of shooting is bleak. Photography is more like fishing, you're happy when you land something. It gets you out into "life" or "nature" and adds to your life experiences. Thanks Luke and B & H for another great session...

I DID A PHOTO SAFARI WITH LUKE AND REMEMBER FOREVER , I HAD A GREAT TIME.
Really good presentation, I still take a ton of pictures while travelling, but I think it's because I'm not yet as experienced as the better photographers to know how to quickly take a "money shot". I've been able to compose a great picture out of 2-3 shots taken at the same time before (someone blinking in one shot, etc.) so I think there's a benefit to taking multiple shots of even portraits. I'm a hobbyist not a pro, but I wonder why didn't he suggest people upload less than original quality images to the web? I think that would help protect your original work, probably better or as much as watermarking an image.
I enjoyed most of it, except for the part about using a dslr as a point and shoot. I guess that is my next assignment.

I appreciate all the tips but to be honest I expected better photos.
I loved Part 1 but found with this one you dragged out bits that didn't need to be but whizzed through other bits too quickly, such as the camera raw stuff especially the gradient stuff and I just didn't get it. I am a great fan of camera raw and photoshop but it's mostly self taught and I rely on youtube for step by step concise instructions. Other than that I found it to be a great video but definitely not as informative as the first one
next time leave out the bleak stock photography stuff
Quite boring. He is not that funny and the pictures not that great. And why do men always have the need to show off their wives? What if I don't find his wife attractive, am I allowed to say he didn't do well?
David Wagner No thank you. He was the one who was disrespectful by showing off her wife. Why do women never do that. Why do you never see them showing off their husbands like sex objects. Note he wasn't talking about how intelligent she is or how caring. Do you also only judge people by their looks? Wow... how shallow you all are.
