    I have Tesla T3 and Inmotion V8F. I really like Inmotion quality and speed and power of my T3. V12 seems like the best from both worlds. And most importanly V12 has standard motor, not hollow. It has IP 55 and no fan. Only giant heat sink at the top. Batteries are sealed even better. Seems like wheel with very long lifespan. I really like it.

      I was seriously about to order a V12.
      When I saw your feet with the V12, I indeed realized all the other youtubers reviewing it must be 150 lbs or less, that's for sure.
      I have a V10 for a light daily commuter (it's not light for others, but for us, it's light for sure !). But for next wheel, I'll go for a minimum of 18 inches of diameter for a wheel, if not more.
      Thank you for that !
      For the new wheels, the one that seems to be the most interesting is the Commander. Will you have the chance to have one for testing ?

    • @GingerOnWheels
      @GingerOnWheels  Před 2 lety +3

      Suspension isn't required at all. It definitely makes the ride much more comfortable and can help handle unforseen potholes, but I regularly ride my Sherman around at 40+ and hit bumps all time. 🤷‍♂️

    • @rocketsnail8338
      @rocketsnail8338 Před 2 lety +4

      Driving a wheel with suspension provides better safety cause it corrects road anomalies and you don’t have to scan the road all the time.
      Also it helps avoiding ride pain from holes that will shake you and your knees or your waist will absorb the hit,Suspension gets the absorb.
      It’s a total different experience you should drive a wheel with suspension and a wheel without to see the difference for your self.

      Yeah this wouldn't be bad for a beginner. It's a bit top heavy but it's also not a beginner wheel. You'll grow into it and be able to ride it for a while before you need to upgrade. For what it's worth I know a guy who had a Sherman as his first wheel. 🤷🏼 it can be done. It's just a lot easier to get discouraged while learning because you're intentionally increasing your learning curve the bigger the wheel you get.

    • @GingerOnWheels
      @GingerOnWheels  Před 2 lety +1

      Thats a tough choice. Scooters and wheels are very different machines. I personally would get something like veteran sherman or extremebull commander over a zero 11x but there is a steep learning curve to EUCs. If you're going to ride every now and again a scooter might be more fun. If you want to ride every day and put in the work to get good at a new thing then opt for EUC. Injuries / crashes tend to be worse on EUC because most of the time you literally just faceplant.

      Its not competition for me. RS if you're offroad, v12 on road. The RS has an unfathomable amount of torque, you can't really take advantage of that on pavement as much. The v12 is much more comfortable and smooth feeling. You'll get more range out of a v12 than an rs because it isn't surging the amps every time you accelerate to create massive torque.
      Offroading on an RS with a knobby tire is a whole new EUC experience, but if you're not planning on going hard offroad then I think the v12 is a much more practical choice.
