Asgore was always a lot more mature than Toriel. The only mistake he was, was wanting seven souls to free humans.

Honestly Asgore here was written much better on his genocide route than Toriel on the genocide route. It’s mostly because Asgore isn’t naive and blind, he sees what you have been doing and although he hesitated truly believing in what you’re doing, he eventually knew what had to be done. Better than Toriel acting like nothing is wrong and then when she gets killed, she goes out of character and just hates you.

In other words, what happens when you betrayel kill Asgore?

@@mamitansimba9970 it’s like a core Undertale mechanic. Sleeping increases your HP over the max. There’s a bed in Asgore house that you can sleep in if you’re not in the genocide route and haven’t killed him yet. Of course, you can only sleep in it once.
